To whom it may concern. I would like to formally complain about the food I bought from chicken licken campus square branch auckland park. Some of the chicken pieces were raw & salty. Some pieces still had blood coming from the inside of the chicken. This turned my stomach upside down and I ran to the bathroom to throw up. On Saturday 05 May 2018 I went to Chicken Licken in Church Street in Pietermaritzburg. I bought 2 snack boxes, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the food was disgusting.
It had no taste and was bland. There where no spice on it and it tasted old. I am very disappointed as I love eating Chicken Licken. I will not support them again and it is sad that this brand is going worse at a fast past

I am so angry to the core! I bought lunch meal max and only to find fluff on the chicken skin! How do you expect me to eat that? It saddens me that even the toasted bread has that!
That is just so unhygienic, I am so hungry and yet again i'm stuck with this filthy chicken in my rubbish bin!
I either get refunded for this or ill make sure this matter gets escalated further!

I bought soul mix today at my lunch time, but i wasnt happy with the meat that i found in my take away because the meat was kind of rotten according to the taste of it, i had to throw away my lunch meal, i coulnt go back to the store to complain to them because i had no enough time, please sort this out because it seems like i wont be buying your meat anymore, this happened at chicken licken burgersfort

I went to Chicken Licken at Sunny Rock for the first as it is now the nearest store from work. I bought an eight Hot Wing meal with atchaar salad and toast. The toast was extremely burnt and inedible and the atchaar was super dry! I made the mistake of not checking the meal before leaving the store. I am so disappointed specially after traveling so far to find a store!

Yesterday i bouth a rock my soul straight at chicken licken at birch acres. When i ate it I found that it tasted stail or rotten then the next day I went to the shop to return the product but the owner was rude over the phone told me he can only refund me for one piece with I found ridiculous. On the 16 Mar 2018 we went to the Chicken licken in Westgate Mall Roodepoort, may I add this is the worst Chicken Licken ever wow what amazingly rude Manager Dimakatso I think she got trained to be rude 'How not to keep your customer happy 101" i bought the rock my soul 6 to be told that we can not change the chicken as i don't eat the breast. After we were told abruptly we then agreed on the 2 drumsticks 2 thighs and the 2 breasts. Only to find 3 breast in the order so yet i didn't get what I ordered. Chicken Licken is the only place were you get told what to eat with your own money ''really''. I then had to buy another thigh costing me an additional R16.90 + R75.90 because of incompetent staff. I enjoyed Chicken Licken but after this experience i just don't know if i will ever go back there again. What a shame they losing loyal customer. Janine

I just had the worst service ever from a chicken outlet.
I went to chicken licken Bosmont and bought a hot wings snack . When I collected my item, Tony Nyathi, the rudest employees I have ever met was so rude and disrespectful when I ask him why I don't get a plastic with my purchase because everyone else is getting one, and he rudely said the hot wings snack does not come with a plastic and this is the rule for all chicken lickens, was hen I told him that I had bought the same thing in rivonianthe day before and the same thing on Friday at centurion mall and got anplqs If and then he told me to get lost .
I want this matter to be addressed That staff member To be reprimanded .

yesterday 13/02/2018 bought 16 wings and chips at Chichen Licken Midrand Midway Mews via the Drive Thru. When I got home the wings were off tasting as if they are starting to get rotten. They also had chicken feathers. They were so bad that I had to throw them away. I generally enjoy Chiken Licken and a fan but the wings yesterday were just as close to being rotten.

I went and purchased 24 hot wings on Saturday night the 3rd of Feb 2018 at Chicken Licken in Silverton for an amount of R105.90 and I was served by Ntombi at 19:26, I had visitors and needed the wings to serve them, so I took the order and went straight home to serve my guests, on arrival we realized we were served very terrible looking wings, the wings were hard(like overcooked and burnt), I did not have time to go back and return the order as my guests were already hungry and it was late at night, I had no choice but to serve them this terrible wings that were almost inedible. It was clear that the wings were not fresh and almost burnt, this is very disappointing and unpleasant as Chicken Licken hot wings are my personal favourite hence I thought it would be a lovely snack to serve my visitors, but to my surprise I ended up serving them terrible food. I kept the receipt and saw it fit to report this matter, I am not sure if I was served this terrible wings because it was late in the evening or if I was just plain unlucky but I do not take kindly to this kind of service as I paid for the food I had intended to enjoy but was served absolute rubbish, I am not looking forward to even going back to Chicken Licken after this terrible experience!

Chicken Licken Jane Furse service not up to standard, serving cold food at 9 am. Bought feed my craving, the chips were freshly prepared and warm, but the opposite applied for the wings. Upon complaining to the manager, and returning the items, his only concern was that there were two wings that were half consumed.
Disgusted. No apology, nor customer service concern.

On the 1 January 2018 I purchased the following from Chicken Licken, 419 Church Street.
* 30 Sachets of hot sauce
*24 or 36 hot wings
* 8 piece chicken pieces
* 3 x Boerie Burgers
The entire meal was not up to standard. The chips and buns were stale and the chicken was dry and not as hot and tasty the kind that I am used to. I got six pieces of chicken instead of 8. I telephoned the manager Neera, 17.01.2017, who was not really interested in my complaint. Can someone call me on [protected].. Thank you

Good day. I'm a frequent customer at Chicken Licken Arbour Crossing. Today I purchased my regular meal of Party 16 and yet again the product was salty as hell. Also the portions sold to me looked as if they were a week old. Dry and smelly. I threw the portions into a dust bin and went to the Nandos situated 20m from the store and purchased my lunch. Please do something about this facility and the service soon. This is totally not acceptable.
Chicken licken at Arbour crossing is a diagrace.
It's a waste of fuel /time / money.

the service at the park station is the worst I have evet ever ever experienced in my enter life.they was a problem with the printing of slips by the way which I had to figure out myself.15 mins later im still waiting by the way new orders are coming out after mine.myself and another gentleman ask the lady why our food was taking long and she swears at us.I mean really behind her in the kitchen the staff are busy eating banans wow no apologies nothing in fact they were laughing.

I bought a hotwing meal with costlaw & breakfast punch, firstly I received the order checked it and I returned immediately because it was not what I ordered. Then I waited again for the right order, I didn't check because I thought all is well now. Boom when I got home opened the plastic, eish they gave me still what I did not order. I went to chicken licken groblersdal to buy 3 items(soul sister, slyder & hotwings snack) which they only gave me 2 instead of 3. As I noticed this while at home, the following day I drove to them(+/- 35km single trip) complaining about this. What pissed me off is that they only wanted to give me that item no3 without compensating my transport cost of which they know I bought the food via drive through. My name is Walter Mnisi. I came to buy at dobsonville chiken licken, Im not happy about the product they sold to me. The meat was too much salty that a normal person can not eat, even an abnormal person can not eat. 2km away there is KFC drive thru, but we choose chicken licken cause we loved it. I end up not eating it cause of too much salt in the meet. I slept hungry wasted my money and petrol as if i digged om own grave. Im too much disapponted on the service of Chicken licken.
