We just ate in Charlottesville Va. Texas Roadhouse July 27 2024. We usually have great service and very polite waitstaff. But that wasn’t the case tonight. She was rude, never smiled, never asked if we needed our drinks refilled. Other waiters came to check on us and take dirty plates from the table. The food was great! But she really ruined our family dinner night with her unpleasant attitude.
