I did not get the wings I payed for and the manager threatened to not deliver the wings I payed for when the free buffet I was told not asked was not good enough. Her name was Maddie at store 2103, who hung up on me and thought she would handle the situation as if I was a child. The demeaning attitude was ridiculous, why do you ask and pay for service and on a regular basis its okay to give the customer half the deal then treat the customer like a child after you met the customer 1/3 the way? Had to call back multiple times just to talk with the manager who continually hung up on me. Childish behavior I believe the company should take notice to the their disgruntled manager, Im surprised she is in a position of "power."
