I work at Culvers in Fountain Colorado. I worked with a manager named Cody on 4/7 5- close. Throughout the shift he touched me rubbing my shoulder and once grabbing my waist. There was no reason for him to touch me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I watched him around other girls and noticed he did the same thing. 3 other girls also discussed this with me and how they felt uncomfortable. I then notified the owner Mark and Tara and they stated they would take care of it. I told them I wouldn’t work with him again and didn’t feel I should have to after the way he made me feel. I asked them to watch the video of all his shifts and watch how he would touch people. I am 16 years old. I have copies of all conversations. When I went in for my next shift on saturday Cody was working. I left and notified Mark and Tara that he was there. I was then taken off all my shift. I don’t understand how no one watched the video or did anything about this. [protected]
Desired outcome: For video to be watched and girls not having to work in this environment of sexual harassment
