On 12/08/2024, I placed an order in the drive thru of store #535 (order #aaaqamm2aljq. I was the first car parked next to the building. A worker came out with 2 bags and went to every car but mine. The second time she came out with the food I asked her was it my food. She told me no and continued to walk the parking lot in the rain. She also walked the lot of empty cars. I got out of my car and went in. I told them I did not receive my food and asked for my money back. The manager finally turned around and refused to give me my money back. She stated that there was nothing wrong and she went to the lot and could not find me. I was the first car! The number #53 on my mirror. The manager refused to refund me the money I paid for the food. I dont know what the policy is but I wanted my money. It was raining the bags were soaked I did not want it. I did take the food after she repeatedly refused to pay me back. I am very upset about what happened. She further stated that if I called I would just get her because it was her establishment.
