Food
I have been coming to Culver's for a long time. Remembering back when the food was hot and fresh I wouldn't think twice to go to Culver's for lunch or dinner. Lately the food has been terrible. I went to locations such as Huntly,Carpenterville,Sycamore and Algonquin IL. I usually order value basket hamburger. Today I went to your location in Carpentersville for lunch. Well,h hamburger was cold, dry and obviously sitting for awhile. Fries are always cold. This is supposedly made fresh to order. Not anymore. I've experienced this same quality at your other locations too. I would hope this helps to improve your service. Thank you
Burned from chicken sandwich
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at the drive through they gave it to me and I opened it up and tried to take a bite and all the grease spilled on my left part of my face and my left arm. I immediately cried because it felt like I got burned with freeze straight off the fryer. I drove home since home was 10 mins away and got ice on it and it has been an hour now and it’s still burning. I took pictures to show how much the burn actually was a burn and was just so worried that someone else it could happen to.
If it was a child how much worse would it be.
I called the store and told them and they said one of the memebers must have not dried before putting it in the burger. Like this was just a silly thing. He asked for my adress and name and said he would send me a coupon. That was not the response needed when someone just got burned. I was very upset and crying and felt like I wasn’t taken seriously.
Desired outcome: I want to be compensated for my pain and frustration due to negligence.
Custard
We were excited when Culver's came to South Florida. We have several locations within 15 miles from us in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Service is consistently lousy. We go to the bother to learn the flavor of the day but whether we order single scoops or concretes, the custand comes out wrong. It's usually vanilla and not the flavor of the day. We have returned countless cups of custard to have them remade. That includes coming into the store from the drive through. Is proper training not part of the franchise? I have contacted franchise owners on multiple occasions. If I receive any response at all, it is terse and unhelpful. Years ago we discovered Culver's in Wisconsin but the product you have sent south is nothing like what we came to love in the north.

Read full review of Culver'sPot roast sandwich
My husband and I ate lunch at the Culver's on Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee, Florida. We both ordered the pot roast sandwich. I have ordered them before and they were delicious. Today both sandwiches looked like the meat was very old. My sandwich did not have as much meat in it as my husband's, which was a good thing because when we got home, my husband immediately went to the bathroom. As I am writing this, my stomach does not feel very well. We really love Culver's, but now we're afraid to eat there again.
Undercooked food
I recently went on a road trip, so we stopped at Culvers for dinner. After driving all day we checked in to the hotel, needless to say I was extremely exhausted and hungry. We opted to go to Culver's for a quick meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my wife ordered the patty melt. The chicken sandwich was severely undercooked. I was too tired to go out again to return it. So I went to bed tired, hungry, angry and exhausted.
Culver's Gift Card Nightmare: A Frustrating Experience with No Resolution
I got family who really likes Culver's, so I went ahead and bought a gift card from their website. It took a whole week to get to my family, which was a bummer, but I figured it was just the mail being slow. But then, the card never showed up! I was so mad, I contacted Culver's and they said they'd send another card right away. But guess what? That didn't happen either! I was so frustrated, I asked for a refund instead. They said they'd look into it, but the next day they told me the card had already been used, so they couldn't give me a refund! Can you believe it? I don't know if someone stole the card or if Culver's just took my money, but either way, I'm not happy. And to top it off, they never even sent me the replacement card like they said they would. So now I'm out of money and my family never got their gift. Not cool, Culver's. Not cool at all.
Disappointing Culver's Experience: Undercooked Fish and Poor Customer Service in Decatur
So, I went to Culver's for lunch during my 30-minute break. I was really hungry and excited to try their fish sandwiches, fries, and drink. However, I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get my order. When I finally got it, I realized that my order of fries was missing. Also, the fish sandwiches were undercooked, which was really disappointing. My friend and I shared the order of fries and drank our cokes, but we couldn't eat the sandwiches.
Later that day, I decided to take the sandwiches back to Culver's and ask for a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, the person helping me was not very helpful. They didn't seem to care about my complaint and just threw the sandwiches away. I was really upset and frustrated with the whole experience.
I am a certified chef, so I know when fish is cooked properly. In my opinion, Culver's did not meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to. This Culver's is located in Decatur, near Aldi.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Culver's. The food was not cooked properly, and the customer service was not helpful. I don't think I will ever eat there again.
Disastrous Experience at Culver's in Sarasota: A Review
I went to Culver's on 7250 S Tamiami Trail in Sarasota and it was a complete disaster. I was with five other cars and we waited for 15 minutes without receiving our orders. The only thing that came out was employees leaving to go home. There were only two tables occupied inside and they were already seated and had their orders, so it was not busy inside. I saw one employee taking out the trash and a few standing around inside. When I asked about my order, I was told that it was up next, as if they could only do one order at a time. Five minutes later and nothing happened. I had to leave for work without the food. I threw away my money and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place.
I was really disappointed with the service at Culver's. It was a complete waste of time and money. I hope they can improve their service in the future. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Disappointing Experience at Culver's in McFarland, WI: Missing Items and Poor Service
I recently visited Culver's in McFarland, WI and ordered a Garden Fresco Salad and Soup, a single burger, fries, and two concrete mixers. I was excited to try out their menu items as I had seen them on their website. However, when I arrived home, I noticed that the Soup was missing and there was no Iced Tea. My Wife and I were disappointed as we were looking forward to enjoying the full meal.
We decided to go back to the store and talk to the Manager about the missing items. To our surprise, the Manager told us that they don't have that menu item and have never seen it before. We were shocked and confused as we had seen it on their website. It appeared that the high school kid who took our order just punched in a salad and the rest of our order without checking it properly.
We ended up paying $27 for our meal, and it was not worth it. We were disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. We filled out a survey and were polite about it, but we never received a response from Culver's. It seems like they have enough customers to not worry about a few upset ones.
Overall, our experience at Culver's was not great. We were disappointed with the missing items and the lack of response from the company. We will not be returning to Culver's for our future meals.
Disappointing Experience at Culver's: Overpriced and Gross Food
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Culver's. I mean, I don't mind spending a little extra for good food, but what I got for my money was just ridiculous. I could have gone to Long John's and gotten twice as much food for half the price. And don't even get me started on the taste. I went for the fish, but it was just gross. Maybe it was just my luck, but I couldn't find anything on the menu that tasted good.
And the prices! I mean, come on. Almost three bucks for a tiny scoop of coleslaw? That's just ridiculous. And the fish? Two small pieces for $14? They looked like they were cooked in grease that had been sitting there for weeks. I don't know how they can justify charging that much for such a small amount of food.
The only thing that was decent was the malt. But honestly, I had to eat something else just to get the taste out of my mouth. I could have spent just a few bucks more and gone to Outback Steakhouse. At least there I know I'm getting good food for my money.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Culver's to anyone. The food was gross and overpriced, and I left feeling pretty disappointed.
Disappointing Experience at Culver's: Dirty Environment and Terrible Food
So, I went to Culver's with my daughter for lunch today and it was not a good experience. I gotta say, when they first opened, the food was pretty good and the customer service was great. But now, it's a whole different story. The windows were dirty, the workers looked unclean, the floor was sticky, and there was food on the floor and dirty tables. It was pretty gross.
Anyway, we ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, fries, and a milkshake, and it cost us over $22.00. That's a lot of money for some fast food, you know? But we were hungry, so we went ahead and ordered.
The food was terrible. I had to take the burger back because it was just not good. I asked the young lady working if she would eat it and she made a face and said NO. That's not a good sign, you know? They made a new one for me, but I couldn't tell the difference. It was just not good.
I don't think I'll be going back to Culver's anytime soon. It's just not worth it. I have some pictures to show you, so you can see for yourself how bad it was. But trust me, it was not a good experience.
Culver's Fish and Fries: Not Worth the Hype
I gotta say, I've been to Culver's a few times now, and while their burgers are pretty darn good, their fish and fries leave a lot to be desired. I've tried it at both the Orem location and the new Heber City spot, which just opened up earlier this year, and both times I was pretty disappointed.
First off, the grease just sits in the bottom of the little basket they give you, which is pretty gross. And the batter coating on the fish is so soggy that I had to pull it off just to try to eat the fish. I used to work in fast food, so I know what's up, and it's pretty clear that the fryer oil just isn't hot enough for the fish. That means the coating soaks up all the oil before the fish is even cooked all the way through. Not a good look, Culver's.
Honestly, I think I'll stick to getting my fish from Hook's from now on. I know they're a burger joint, but come on, Culver's, you gotta do better than this. If you're gonna offer fish and fries on your menu, at least make sure they're cooked properly.
One other thing that really bugged me was that I wasn't given a receipt with my purchase. Instead, they just stuck a number on my RV mirror and asked me to pull forward. I mean, I get that they're trying to be efficient, but it just seems kind of sketchy to me. I like to have a receipt so I can keep track of my expenses, you know?
Anyway, all that being said, I still think Culver's is a decent place to grab a burger. Just don't bother with the fish and fries. Stick to what they do best.
Disappointed with Culver's: Closed Inside Dining Area and No Receipt Given
I was so excited to finally get to Culver's after driving for four hours. I was really looking forward to dining inside and enjoying some delicious food. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find out that the inside dining area was closed. Instead, I had to eat outside in the scorching 90-degree heat.
When I asked the girl at the drive-through why the inside dining area was closed, she gave me a funny response. She said that they had been getting bad reviews for the lines being too long, and that they would only open the inside dining area when the reviews got better. I couldn't believe it! Here I was, in Florida, where the state is open for business, and yet Culver's was still keeping their inside dining area closed.
I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to dine going forward. It was frustrating to watch people try to open the door to the inside dining area, only to find it closed. Most of them didn't even bother getting in the line for the drive-thru.
To make matters worse, they didn't even give me a receipt at the drive-through. I mean, come on! How hard is it to give someone a receipt? Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Culver's. I hope they get their act together soon, or else they'll continue to get bad reviews like this one.
Disappointing Experience at Culver's: Smaller Salad, Wrong Order, and Poor Service
I was really excited for summer to come around again so I could get my hands on the Strawberry Fields salad from Culver's. It's always been a favorite of mine, but this time around, I was left feeling pretty disappointed. I ordered my salad without chicken, just like I always do, but when I got home and opened up the container, there it was - chicken. And to make matters worse, there was no blue cheese or walnuts either. It was like they didn't even read my order.
But that wasn't the only issue. The size of the salad was way smaller than what I'm used to, and it was all crammed into this tiny container. It just didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. And to top it all off, I also ordered some fish, which came in a separate container that was exactly the same size as the salad container. I mean, who wants hot fried fish in a plastic container? Not me.
To make matters worse, all of my sides - french fries, coleslaw, ketchup, tartar sauce - were all just thrown together in a paper bag with some napkins and silverware. It was a mess. I was so disappointed that I decided to drive back to Culver's and talk to the manager about it. But when I explained my concerns, all I got was a shrug and a "this is how we make this salad." I mean, seriously? That's the best they could do?
After this experience, I'm not sure if I'll be going back to Culver's anytime soon. There are just too many other food options in town that offer better quality and service for the money. It's a shame, because I used to really enjoy going there. But if this is the level of quality and service they're going to offer, then I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
Unfair Treatment at Culver's Drive-Thru in Winona, Minnesota
I recently visited Culver's in Winona, Minnesota and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The employee who took my order was very pushy and seemed to be in a hurry to get things done quickly. When I handed her my debit card, she told me to pull forward. However, when she came to my vehicle, I realized that only a small amount of money had been taken out of my account, and I still owed $8. I showed her that I had plenty of money in my account, but she still insisted on taking a new card from me. This time, only a dollar was taken out.
I asked her to remove a few items from my order, but unfortunately, my card was already charged, and it wouldn't go through again. I was very angry that the employee didn't verify that the payment was okay before proceeding to push me to the parking lot. As a loyal customer, I have never complained before, but this experience left me feeling mistreated and embarrassed. I even gave back my already drinking pop and told her to never take a payment unless it's cleared.
I hope that Culver's will take steps to ensure that this kind of thing doesn't happen again. I would appreciate it if they could refund my money, as I feel that I was treated unfairly. Despite this negative experience, I still believe that Culver's has great food and I will continue to be a customer. However, I will be more cautious in the future and make sure that my payment is verified before leaving the drive-thru.
Customer service when I returned for bad food quality
On June 6th 2023 I called letting the assistant manager Virginia know the quality of the food was not as fresh and delicious as my previous trip and as promised on tv. They said they would mail my coupons within a week or two and if I had not received them to call them back. I called on June 19th 2023 asked to speak to a manager explaining my situation. Virginia found my name and I explained to her I had a combo and extra burger along with fish combo. She said she found it in the book and don't know why I had not received it. She then proceeds to tell me she found an envelope with the coupons that should have been sent out. I went in to retrieve my food and asked her to include the burger they forgot to add. She said she could not.. I asked to confirm my order from the order number I gave them. She said she could not. Was not trying to give good customer service at all. I sat down to eat my food that I had got to go and my butter burger was not good quality and was dry and not fresh. I did not say anything again because she seem to want to please me. Before I left I over heard her speaking very loudly to the manager about me in front of other customers about her refusing to give me customer service phone number and told me to look it up which is also poor customer service. When I went up to let her know I could hear her talking about me and I was still the restaurant she told me "GOOD", right in front of other customers and the general manager. I asked the general manager to help resolve the situation and he said it would be better to complain online to have anything mailed to me and to let his assistant manager know she can not treat their customers this way.
Desired outcome: Would like to be treated with great customer service and valued as a customer. I honestly felt like I meant nothing to her. Would like to be compensated

My husband and I went Frankfort Indiana Clovers about 6:00 pm. Ordered at drive through. Sat for 15 minutes. Got order and it was wrong Went in, manager was rude ask for money back and they refused. Waited another 15 minutes before I got my order. There was a white car sitting drive through when we got there and they were still waiting on their order when we left. Another lady came in with her order which was wrong as I was finally leaving. While we were sitting in drive through we watch them bring out orders and had to take them back in because they couldn't find the people. They need trained or you need to close the place down. Sandwiches were burnt and the condiments were so scarce we got a couple bites of catsup and mayo. The whole visit to Clovers sucked
Desired outcome: retrain and offer people some the for wrong order and wasting my time!
