June 11 330pm pull up to drive thru order a large strawberry cheese cake milkshake that was all. They gave us a number ask us to pull up. We pulled up and waited. Their was only three cars parked waiting. One by one they left eight more cars came through the drive thru and one by one they got their meals. We ask one of the guys giving someone else their order could we get are milkshake. Yes I will be right out with it. He replied. We waited two more people got waited on the guy give the last meal said what was your order your waiting on I told him and finally he came back with it. Will not be back to that one just go to sonics same price better service around the corner.
Desired outcome: Need better service they did not even apologize.

I live in Bradenton, FL, and work in both Bradenton/Sarasota. So, I frequent several locations during the week. But, at every location the kid employees are the same poorly trained servers. I go through the drive thru, and will order a drink, food, and custard on a cake cone. Every time they hand me the cone, before the drink, so I'm down one hand at the start. I order a double scoop, and it always appears to only be one scoop on the cone. Of course, half of it has melted and is melting as they hand me the cone. The best they can do when I am clearly angered by this - is to give me more napkins. Seriously?! How about teaching them better customer service. And, NO MORE melting custard!

Complaint continued - adding insult, to injury . . . I went to the Ranch Lake, Bradenton location today, and not only was the 2 scoop a one-scoop, and melting . . . it fell right off the cone, and onto my shirt. Silly me I wanted to get a treat, before going to my 2nd job, after working a full first shift. Clearly I should just stop going to any of the locations, because I'm not having any luck, and there are no competent staff working afternoons. Oh, yeah, and this one was a crew chief working the drive thru register.
We go to Culver's after church every Saturday. The last two weeks there was no regular rootbeer. One of the reasons we go every week is the regular and diet rootbeer. Both time a the regular rootbeer is empty.

I did a google review and was told to email guest relations.
My husband and I went to the Culver’s in Oviedo for lunch and after we ate we decided to order dessert, I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone and my husband ordered a chocolate shake. The ice cream cone was yummy but my husband’s chocolate shake tasted like vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. I went back and asked how did they make their chocolate shakes, the girl at the counter said that they made their chocolate shakes with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup and that you have to ask for chocolate ice cream. That makes no sense when they have chocolate ice cream. Of coarse it was explained to me with an attitude. Anyway the part that bothered me the most was the fact that I was holding the cup talking to girl at the counter and she snatched the cup out of my hand turned her back and went to prepare another shake for me but as she did that I can hear her tell the other employee what my problem was and that employee comes out to explain to me the shake issue and I explained to her that the other girl already explained to me the shake preparation.
I walked out pretty ticked off and I should have talked to a manger but because they were busy and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. The more I thought about I decided to write this review because we go to curlers often and I never experienced such attitude before. I wish I would have gotten her name. The one thing I remember is her maroon lipstick and ponytail.

Why does it appear that your company is in the grooming game now. I've seen your companies name on a list of sponsors for a drag queen show in Warrensville Missouri recently.
Looks like your add complain of midwestern family values has just gone down the drain.
I will no longer patron your chain of restraint's and recommend to everyone I know to do the same both in person and online.
How disappointing, your restaurants used to be one of my favorites for when we didn't want to go to a sit down restaurant.

Good morning Terry. My name is Dylan and I am the general Manager at Culver's on Mulberry Street, the one you visited on Wednesday. I recently got your case and wanted to reach out immediately. There is literally no excuse for the fact that my team ran out of grilled onions. The grill is on the whole time we were open. I spoke with my manager on duty that night and he said that he was the one to not make the grilled onions. I spoke with him and told him that this was not the correct thing to do and reprimanded and retrained accordingly. Is there anything I can do to help please or satisfy you? Would you like to send me your home address and I can mail out a coupon for a basket? I'd like to make this right. If so, please let me know.

Good afternoon Dylan,
It's good to see that there is a manager out there that knows what to do to correct an issue. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past or people are not trained properly or people are trained and then they try to short-cut the system.
I do hope this doesn't occur again. I really like my burgers. During baseball season a friend and I go to many of the Louisville Bats games and on the way home I stop for a burger.
I'm a big fan of In/Out Burgers on the west coast and when Culver's came to Etown I found their match. As for the coupon, thank you.

Yes I am sir. I just got an alert from my owner saying I didn't go through with one of my coupon deals. I had to look into it. I never saw any reply from you, and I have a lot on my plate personally and at work and didn't think about the coupon. There is no room for excuses, so let me make it up to you in any way I can. There's some things I can do. I've never had this happen to me before so I had to think on it a bit. I know reading back at your email you said you come during baseball season with a friend. I can slide in some extra coupons for them as well so the next couple times you come the meal will be on me.

It seems like you have good intentions but lack follow-through. It’s like you send words of satisfaction and then forget.
Desired outcome: What was offered, not lip service, and hope for a customer to forget it. I am retired army and I know how to be a leader. I'd like a response and a follow-through.
Promotional coupon for the Tampa Bay area with Kanes
If the Lightning scored 3 or more goals then a form was filled out and a trip to Kanes furniture store was necessary to receive a voucher for a free Culver's basket or concrete mixer which expired 5/31/22. Without much warning a store in st. Pete stopped taking them on 5/1/22. I found another store in Largo that said they had no plans on not honoring the vouchers. I went once to the store in Largo and used a voucher, but then went again and they said they were not taking them also.

On May 20, 2022, at 8:34 pm our family visited the Culver's in Coralville, IA. We ordered 2 Cheeseburger baskets and were charged extra for veggies that we did not receive. We asked for lite ketchup and mustard, the burgers still had mayo on them. The fries were cold, the punch tasted horrible and they overcharged me for my milkshake which was not correct. The 2 Spicy chicken sandwiches with veggies were not prepared as we order and the 2 large fries were cold. We waited in line for 50 mins to place our orders and then received them incorrectly. This was very frustrating and a major inconvenience for our family. We tried calling the store but the line was busy, and the drive-thru line was too long of a wait. The next morning May 21, 2022, at 9:12 am I called the store to speak with a manager, a very rude Mr. Aiden spoke with me but refused me a refund. I then asked to speak with someone else in management that would be able to help us. Mr. Aiden stated no one will be doing anything different than he is and no one at the restaurant will speak with us until 10:00 am when they open. We waited until they opened and then went into the restaurant. I spoke with the manager Mrs. Allison and Mr. Aiden who was rude and refused to refund our money with receipt.
Desired outcome: We would like a refund and Culver's to get better management.
Takeout order from store at exit 159 off highway 70 near Effingham, IL
This was about 7:00 to 7:30 pm, Monday, May 23. Order 31, did not get a receipt.
I parked and went into the store and ordered a large fry and small Heath concrete. I began waiting. After about 10 minutes I could see my concrete being made. The concrete was brought to me about 5 minutes later with the message that it will be a while longer for the fries. It was another 10 minutes or so before I was able to get the fries. I took both out to my vehicle to get back on the road. My concrete was half melted by then and the fries were all small pieces and not hot. I was expecting the fries to at least be hot and with larger pieces.
Culvers is one of my favorite places to get a concrete and a bite to eat so I was disappointed enough to write. I did not go back in to complain at the store since I had to get going and finish a long drive.

What happened to your burgers - hot and juicy - got the opposite, dry, not hot/cheese would not even melt
SO VERY DISAPPOINTED with Culvers in West Allis, WI on Hwy. 100 near Greenfield Ave. Took my mother there on Saturday, May 7th (She chose it for her Mother's Day treat).
She got a double hamburger with fried onions, I got a single cheeseburger with grilled onions, pickles, lettuce and tomatoe.
Craig Culver's ads on television show hot juicy burgers. Ours were anything but... They were definitely grilled; the entire outside surface of the burger was grilled to a medium brown. But, they must have been pressed and pressed on the grill - no juices were left. And barely luke warm - thinking they were grilled earlier and put on a bun with the topping we wanted. Cheese on mine did not melt. My mother is in her upper 80's and it was hard for her to chew the burger because it was tough and not warm/juicy.
This is my 2nd on-line input/compliant, and I have called 3x to complain - never got a call back. I have the receipt still so I can give you the date time, etc. Such a bad experience and no one has tried to resolve this issue or call me back. Thinking I might go on social media and really describe my problem and no resolution.
WOULD LOVE Craig Culver to call me back! Think he should do a "Mystery Shop" to this franchise to confirm what I am talking about. Also had a problem with this same location last fall.

Me and my wife at least eats at Culvers for lunch twice a month but 5-22 -22 we placed our orders and both wasn't what we had ordered. We've both is allergic to pickles but when we got to our destination to eat it was to late do any calling or returning items I just want y'all to be aware cause I have nothing but good things to say about culver's. Incorrect orders!
I am sick and tired of goi g to the Montorse Colorado Culver’s , ordering, and getting home and finding out the order is either incorrect or items were missing. Today I order a pork tenderloin with tomato, onion and lettuce. When I got home it was a roast beef with tomato, lettuce and onion. Half the time my wife’s order is wrong or we are missing coleslaws on our fish & chips order. If Montrose Colorado Culver’s has a problem training their employees, maybe corporate should step in and set up a better plan. And now after reading out of 119 complaints, only 6 have been resolved, I probably have a snowballs chance in hell in getting a response. Which leads me to believe, that the way I solve this , is start letting my friends know what happens and tell them to tell there friends and so on! Concrete mixer garbage
I went through the drive thru and order a concrete mixer. i waited in line for about 15 minutes. They must have made it when I ordered it because when they handed it to me it was soup. Not even worth eating. Not possible to eat. I want my money back and will not return again. Culvers used to be high on my list now another i will not return to

Charging incorrectly
April 19th, 11:30 am. Went to the Chesterfield location in Michigan. Everytime we get a certain cashier he rings up my husbands order as a cheeseburger even though he is ordering a hamburger. We nicely point out that it should say HB on the screen and not CB. He says "it's the same thing". We try to say we are being charged extra for cheese and he doesn't fix it. We are not going to continue going to this location as this has happened multiple times now.
Desired outcome: Cashiers need better training on the register and be willing to listen to the customer and resolve the situation.
