Chicken tenders
I visited the Culver’s in Wisconsin Rapids this past Sunday purchasing a chicken tender meal. The four piece meal was over $10. The size of the four tender was about the size of a fish stick! The bag of French fries was about half full.
We had to ask twice for a table to be wiped clean. The floor of the dining room was very, very dirty.
I know the restaurant was busy, but when I went up to the counter, there were many workers just standing and doing nothing.
On Monday I did the survey online and gave the same information as above and requested contact and gave my email address. I was never contacted.

My whole meal
I ordered a double cheeseburger with tomato extra onion ketchup and mayonnaise what I got is a double cheeseburger with pickle mustard bacon my fries were cold and my milkshake looked like it was just thrown in a cup and it was half filled oh and my meat was burned around the edges I dodnt usually complain about things but that was the worst meal I have ever gotten with the prices they charge it should at least be edible!

They were telling workers that I was sent home (which was a lie that they were saying and 2 unprofessional
They told workers that I was told to do something more than once and I didn’t do it. That didn’t happen. I cashed out an order and then talked to my fiancé(asked him if he could grab me a tampon I was on my period) Kiri then told me to find something to do like clean. I Said, “I’m allergic to everything we clean with...” she then told me to, “put on gloves.” That is when I said “I can’t I’m allergic.” She said hers were hypoallergenic and I couldn’t be allergic to them. I then told he I am not putting something on my hands that will harm me. I went and stocked cups in drive then washed my hands twice and went to do cheeses sauce and Bella came back and said, “I’m going to have to send you home.” I then asked why and was told, “you’re having an attitude with Kiri and not putting on gloves.” I then gripped my stuff clocked out and sat in the truck for two hours because they wouldn’t let my fiancé go…I can’t drive due to health concerns and conditions

Walleye Dinner or Sandwich
2 years in a row now this is a special for Lent. Somehow my local Culver's has managed not to order enough Walleye to get through the Lent season which I find totally unacceptable. We put up with mediocre service throughout the year (missing silverware, missing condiments, asking for no lettuce but getting it etc...) just to enjoy the Walleye only last year they ran out with a little over a week to go. Ok understand but this year just getting out of hospital did not get to order until this week and they are out for the season already! Lent is not over until 4-14-22 is ridiculous. That was the final straw and will not eat at Culvers again.
Desired outcome: I would like to know how this could have happened and would like some Walleye Dinners. Why can they not order more? Is this a Culver problem that you do not know how to order product? I cannot believe this could happen.

The restaurant was dirty - the bathrooms had garbage everywhere. The help was rude. Burgers burnt. Usually a fan of Culver's cause they are clean etc. - this one 👎🏻This was a Sunday at 6:00 pm. I ordered my food and they said it will be a 15 minute wait I agreed and ended up waiting 45 minutes this is ridiculous the worst wait ever for some food and on top of that my concrete mixer melted while I was waiting

Service was horrible
I waited almost 30 mins for my food that was wrong and they wanted to talk very rudely saying ask her why she standing there, ask her what she want. They were very rude and weren’t nice about the situation at all only kaleb was the only one who helped me out.

On January 20, 2022, I stopped at the East Peoria, Illinois Culvers for lunch, which I regularly do. However, today, while I was on my 1/2 hour lunch break from work, I had to wait for over a 1/2 hour for my chicken strips that cost me over $11.00. After seeing everyone who arrived after me receive their food, etc., and leave, I was able to catch an employee to find out where was my food. He had no idea and said he would check. However, when he came back out, he said that there was no record of my order and it was never made. I find that hard to swallow because I did receive my drink and was told to pull forward and it would be out shortly.
When the employee finally came out I was already late to return to work but did receive my food. However, the food I received was not fresh and I was so upset because I could not eat my lunch now and didn't have time to talk to a manager because I was late for work. I am diabetic and have to eat at certain times and this has now created a problem for me. I was not given a receipt for my purchase, but my debit card was processed for $11.06.
