Concrete mixers and night time service
I've been very disappointed with the service at my local Culver's. I was there the other night, about 30 minutes till closing. I ordered a single concrete mixer. I continued to wait 40 minutes while other food came out and no ice cream. After about 20 minutes of waiting they finally told me that the vanilla custard was out. So I had to settle with chocolate even after paying 4.75$. I was there with a group and the two other people who got their mixers had no way of telling which was which. They handed me the wrong one, something completely different from what my friend had ordered.
Desired outcome: I’d would like a refund, and I would suggest changing the timing that the custard machines are turned off. Or if there is an insufficient supply left to make the order, maybe let the customer know before they pay for it.

Basically my entire meal was gross. The burger was undercooked, my cheese curds were burnt and had little or no cheeese left inside. My drink cup had a leak and by the time I got back to work there was tea everywhere.

Hamburger service
I just eat a butter burger 1 1/2 HRS ago and have a spoiled taste in my mouth and feel like vomiting. There is no doubt the meat was under cooked and spoiled. The staff is just a bunch of kids with no direction or professionality. I waited over 25 minutes before getting served, and the burger was barely warm. With-in the last 15 minutes, I now have developed Diarrhea.

We just had a cheeseburger and a hamburger at the Culvers in Foley Alabama,
They were old and cold, not one bit of warmth to them, tasted like they were sitting around for at least 2 or 3 hours, and with the dry bun, they did not taste good at all. Other times we order a single and they will stick with a double and you wonder why so expensive when you just ask for a single and you get a double. Their attitude Oh well and walk off.

Want the number for Hastings, MI. Culvers not listed anywhere. We paid $41.00 dollars for 4 double butter burgers two with bacon and everything, two mushroom swiss. They were all singles the mushroom swiss had every thing on it except a few mushroom. I asked for mushroom swiss and onion only. They looked like they were thrown together you open the package and you had to stack the burgers back together. I have had these at a different Culvers and they were delicious. I can not find the number to call the franchise directly.

When I was in Green Bay bad service
Me and my wife were at the Resch center after the concert we stop at Culver's and the intercom was out you had to go to the window put in order and pay and they put a sticker on your mirror we order to burgers and fries and pretzel bites after 20 mins she gave me a bag with only pretzel bItes in it showed her receipt so she went back in after 10 more mins got one more burger had to go inside took another 20 mins to get burger and fries because manger never put it in I had to ask one of the girls and she had to get the rest of my food almost a hour very unacceptable
charging for tomatoes on a double meat/double cheese burger and shift manager not caring much about it
I went to Culver's on 1263 S Crismon Rd. Mesa AZ. I ordered to pints of custard. I also order a double meat/double cheese burger. I was given my receipt and noticed tomatoes slices where charged at 50cents. I called for shift manager to return my money. The total charge was $17.05.
Shift manager returned my money. Not once apologising or offering anything. She kept quiet the whole time.

Counter service person was disrespectful
I was in the Culvers in Greenwood, IN and I was treated very badly when I asked the lady where my order was all she did was tell me it was in the system (this question was repeated three (3) times and I got the same answer each time). When I decided that I wanted to leave and asked for my money back this person rolled her eyes at me and muttered a racial epitaph under her breadth which I did not appreciate. Had to start raising my voice to let them know I was serious about wanting to leave. I believe Culvers staff is racist and I advise anyone to not visit the chain as long as they allow this type of treatment of Gulf War veterans.
Desired outcome: Change in culture or at least change in some of the crew at the restaurant I visisted.
They forgot us and did not give us food we paid for I want my money back
We went to Culver's restaurant at 6:38pm we watched everyone get there food and leave 25 minutes later we got someone and ask them where I food was they said pull around front and 10 min brought us a bag of food after waiting so long we never checked our back our chicken sandwich was missing our French fries were missing and our Pretzel bites the only thing we got was butter double burger and sourdough Double Burger We called the store (771 and talked with manager Nick only thing he could say was they were busy not that he would get our food we want our money back for items not given to us the total was 26.14 and since we only have bag ticket we don't know price of items thanks to your incompetence one of our family members had to find something to eat this is not the first time this has happened but will be the last time you leave out food make us wait long times for food it was so much better in Wisconsin when we were on vacation we do not have money to throw away this should never happen and you need to train your manager what not to do you should take a close look at this restaurant (reg :5 trn: 418774 guest [protected]

The two tenderloin meals were terrible tough tenderloin meat on both sandwiches.
And both orders of onion rings were burnt.
Would like money refunded on both tenderloin meals.
We would have returned to the culvers but did not want to waste more time and more gas.

Store wouldn’t give me a refund on food I didn’t receive
I placed and order yesterday 11/15/21 online in Auburn Alabama, somehow my order wasn't placed at my local Culver's, it was placed at Auburn Indiana ! I went inside my local Culver's to see if they could somehow help, and they didn't at all, I was told I would have to call the store the order was placed at, so I did that and I let them know what happen, obviously I couldn't get my order since I'm in Alabama and they are in Indiana, so I asked how I could go about getting my money back and they were absolutely no help, even the manager ! Kept putting me on hold and gave me absolutely no information on what I needed to do, the store manager even laughed and thought it was funny ! So now I have paid for food I didn't get and can't get ! And I just want to know how to get my money back, and it seems like nobody knows how to help me at all! It's crazy to me out of all the employees I spoke with including the manager nobody could help or give me Any information on what I need to do, I think the managers and staff may need better training on how to deal with certain situations, you definitely shouldn't sit on the phone and laugh about me not being able to get my order or my money back and tell me you can't help me … this was my first time trying this restaurant (or trying to anyway) and I don't think I'll try again ! Buffalo chicken tenders
You guys need to add back the buffalo chicken tenders they are my favorite thing ever and I love them so please add them back to the menu. I think that you needs to add back the buffalo chicken tenders because the regular ones don't have enough flavor and I like spice so you guys need to add them back to my he menu so thay I can have a more flavor filled and better meal. If you do add them back it would make me very happy thank you for your time.
Nasty, repulsive disgusting unsanitary grilled cheese
My friend and I decided to go to the local culvurs after being already having a rough service by the movie theater. When we finally got our food, a repulsive chemical smell was filling the restaurant from my friend's grilled cheese. She tasted it and it tasted like chemicals, so did her fries. Let it be noted that the bag was set next to the food as we were indoor eating, not like the usual package. After, we looked closer, and there was a small fragile white hair IN HER SANDWHICH. Please give an explanation but don't close down because our town is small and boring.

I went to the cape location Culver's since we wanted to try something new. We live over an hour away so we made a special trip just to try it out because we heard from a few people they were good. I ordered two burgers, two large fries, two large drinks, and an ice cream.My burger patty was still raw and I didn't notice until I was halfway through eating it I was almost sick. I love over an hour away from this Culver's so I couldn't return it. This is nasty and I have the pictures to prove.
