TellPizzaHut Disappointing Pizza Experience at North Rolling Road Pizza Hut - A Review

So, I wanted to check out TellPizzaHut to let everyone know how my pizza experience was. Gotcha! Went to the store on North Rolling Road to get me some deliciousness. Oh, so excited to try it out when I got home. But, wait a minute! When I opened up the box, I almost cried. The pizza was like a brick. I couldn't believe how dry and hard it was. The crust was thinner than the box it came in, I swear. And, to make it worse, they must have forgotten the tomato sauce. I mean, come on! It's like they were trying to make me eat a piece of cardboard. It was tasteless and dry like chewing on a piece of paper. Don't even think about getting your money's worth, coz it's a waste of time, money, and taste. Ain't nobody got time for that! I didn't even return it 'cause the drive back to the store was way too far. My ticket number was 0102. So, if you're looking for a great pizza experience, you better try somewhere else. Peace out.

TellPizzaHut Lackluster Salad Bar Experience at Pizza Hut: A Review

I am writing this review to talk about my experience with the TellPizzaHut website, specifically the salad bar. I live in Shallotte, North Carolina and I must say, I absolutely love the pizza. However, I think it's important to bring attention to the fact that the salad bar could use some improvements.

On several occasions, I have visited the restaurant with a group of 5-6 people and we were all excited to enjoy some fresh, delicious salads. However, we were saddened to find that the salad bar was quite disappointing. The lettuce looked drab and unappetizing, and there were no fresh toppings like cucumbers, tomatoes, raisins, cottage cheese, or pineapples. We were all very disappointed since we visit the establishment every couple of weeks.

I have visited two different locations, one in Shallotte store 2577 and the other in Whiteville. Unfortunately, the salad bar in both locations needs a lot of work. On the positive side, the waiters are great and the pizzas are always fantastic.

As a loyal customer, I kindly urge the corporate management to take appropriate action and improve the salad bar so that it matches the quality of their delicious pizzas. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

TellPizzaHut Disappointing changes to Pizza Hut's menu and cold, oily pizza

Hey there guys! I’ve been a big fan of Pizza Hut for so many years! But boy did I have a bad experience this Friday night (2/19/2016). You know the online menu completely changed? It was like whoa! They totally removed my favorite breaded bone-in wing choices and don’t even get me started on the waffle fries! No more of that either! Now all they have left is the traditional bone-in type wings and these weird new breaded French fries? What in the world Pizza Hut?!

Anyway, I decided to still give it a shot and placed an order. When it came, my Large Pep Stuffed Crust pizza was cold. But that's not even the worst part! The pizza was also coated with cooking oil! Like, what was that all about? I had to spend extra time dabbing the oil off with paper towels just so I could eat the pizza.

And about those supposed "fries"? Don't even get me started on those. They were more like crunchy breaded potato sticks. Yuck!

Overall, it was just a terrible, awful experience. Makes me think back to when I stopped ordering Godfather's Pizza for similar reasons. Once is enough for me! So long Pizza Hut!

TellPizzaHut Disappointed with TellPizzaHut.com & Customer Service at Pizza Hut in Lake Worth, TX

I recently received a code to enter on TellPizzaHut.com – a site where you can give feedback on your recent Pizza Hut experience. You’d think that it’d be easy to enter the code and give your thoughts, but that’s not the case! Once I arrived on the site, I was greeted with several surveys. Unfortunately, that’s as far as I could get! There were no surveys that pertained to my most recent experience at Pizza Hut, and there was no place to enter the code on the site.

It’s frustrating that Pizza Hut has blocked any surveys that are listed. I understand that they’re probably trying to streamline their feedback process, but it’s not helpful for customers who are trying to engage with their favorite pizza chain. All the information on the site seems useless to me.

In the end, I left a terrible review for the Pizza Hut location in Lake Worth, TX. I felt that I had to let them know how disappointed I was with their customer service and the quality of their pizza. It’s a shame because I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut, but this time around, Domino's has out pizza’d Pizza Hut!

Even with Domino's cardboard crust, they still managed to deliver a better pizza than Pizza Hut. I know that Pizza Hut is often busy, but if they can’t send out a decent hot pizza, they should let customers know in advance. That way, people who are okay with receiving a lower-quality product can still order and be satisfied.

Overall, I’m disappointed with my experience with TellPizzaHut.com and the Lake Worth, TX Pizza Hut location. I hope that Pizza Hut takes customer feedback more seriously in the future and strives to improve their processes. Until then, I’ll be getting my pizza fix from Domino's!

TellPizzaHut Unprofessional Manager and Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut in Amarillo, Texas

I had a not-so-great experience when I went to pick up my pizza from Pizza Hut #*** on Georgia in Amarillo, Texas. I had placed my order over the phone and went to the store to get my food. However, when I got there, my order wasn't ready. I was a little frustrated because I had to waste time and gas to get there, but I understood that it happens sometimes.

Unfortunately, the situation quickly turned sour when I witnessed the manager, Joseph, yelling at his employees. It was loud and chaotic, and I could immediately tell that the staff was tense. I didn't handle the situation well at all. I got upset and yelled at Joseph, telling him to stop yelling at his team and that what he was doing was terrible. Looking back, I know I shouldn't have acted this way, but I was caught up in the moment.

Joseph definitely didn't appreciate my outburst. He quickly directed an employee at the register to give me a refund and get me out of the store. I left feeling frustrated and angry. I felt like my time and energy had been wasted, and I was disappointed that I didn't get my pizza.

Overall, I think Pizza Hut needs to take a closer look at what's happening in their stores. Perhaps an undercover boss could be helpful, as I suspect that there might be some issues with management and employee relations that need to be addressed. I hope that things improve in the future, as I do enjoy Pizza Hut's pizza. Thank you for listening to my experience.

TellPizzaHut TellPizzaHut Review: Easy to Use and Effective in Sharing Feedback

So, I decided to give TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com) a try to see if I had better luck. First of all, navigating the website was pretty easy, even for someone like me who isn't good with technology. I was able to quickly find the survey page and start sharing my thoughts about my recent Pizza Hut experience.

Honestly, I was hesitant at first because of my past bad experience. But, the idea of being able to give feedback and potentially help improve the quality of the pizza intrigued me. So, I decided to give it a go.

The survey itself was pretty straightforward. I answered a few questions about my recent experience at Pizza Hut and then got to share my thoughts in more detail in a comment box. I liked that they gave me the opportunity to explain exactly what happened and how I felt about it.

TellPizzaHut Dissatisfied with TellPizzaHut in Wheatland, WY - Final Visit

I just gotta get this off my chest about TellPizzaHut, specifically the spot in Wheatland, WY. Don't get me wrong, I've hit up this joint about 8 times in the past three months and it's been treatin' me alright. I mean, the service and quality of the grub hasn't been the best, but it's been good enough to keep me comin' back.

But tonight was the final fiasco. I ordered up a medium pizza with all the fixin's and a visit to the salad bar. I'm just sittin' there, munchin' on my greens, and waiting for my pizza to come. The waitress keeps comin' by every few minutes tellin' me it'll just be a little longer. Alright, no biggie, I can wait.

Fast forward an hour and still no pizza! Meanwhile, two other groups stroll in and they're wolfing down their pizzas, wings, and sandwiches. Like, what the heck? I go up to the cashier tryna pay my bill and just get outta there. But all I get is more excuses!

I mean, I get that there were only four tables of customers (with one ahead of me), but come on. I've been here waitin' over an hour and there are other folks who just walked in gettin' their grub on with no problem?

Needless to say, I'm done with this place. TellPizzaHut, you're goin' downhill fast, and this was my final visit.

TellPizzaHut Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut in Appleton: Dirty Tables, Bad Pizza, and Poor Hygiene Practices

I gotta tell ya, I was pretty bummed out about our last trip to Pizza Hut. It's been a minute since we've been able to go because of all this COVID craziness, so we were REALLY looking forward to it. But man, let me tell you, it was a real letdown.

First off, we walk in and there's not a soul to be found. My hubby starts yelling for someone (I swear he did it three times) before an employee finally emerges from the back. And then, get this, we see a sign that says no table service! So we head over to order and find ourselves a spot to sit down. But lemme tell ya, most of the tables were pretty dang dirty. Not a good look, Pizza Hut.

Now, the breadsticks were alright. Nothing to write home about, but they did the job. But the pizza? Not so great. Wasn't the worst I've ever had, but definitely not up to par with what we remember from the good old days.

But here's the real kicker. We saw one of the employees working on some pizzas for takeout orders outside, and then they just went right back to making pizzas without even washing their hands or changing gloves! I mean, come on, Pizza Hut, you gotta do better than that.

All in all, we used to love Pizza Hut, but after our most recent visit, they've lost our business. We were there on April 24th, 2021 at 11:46 am, and our ticket number was #*** with the code 8g92 g7gg nqk. We were at the Pizza Hut on Oneida St. in Appleton and Bryce took our order.

TellPizzaHut TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com) - A Disappointing Experience: My Review from Marion, Nc

I gotta say, TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com) was a real disappointment for me last night. I live in Marion, Nc and after a long day, I was craving some delicious pizza. So, I thought I'd give Pizza Hut a try. Boy, did I regret that decision. My code was #4507, and when I called to place an order for two personal pizzas, I had to repeat myself to the guy who answered the phone three times! Finally, on the third try, he got my order right and told me he'd put me on hold. I waited for a whole five minutes before hanging up and calling again. This time, a girl answered the phone, and after two attempts at taking my order, she too put me on hold. It was frustrating!

But that's not even the worst part. When the delivery boy finally came, he handed me a bill for over $38! I was expecting two personal pizzas, and this bill was way too expensive for what I ordered. So, I refused to accept the pizzas and called Pizza Hut again to complain. This time I spoke to Lisa, an American employee, and explained to her that all I wanted was two personal pan pizzas: one with supreme toppings and one with ground sausage and onion. She put me on hold once again, and I hung up in frustration. I don't know why I called again, but I did. This time, Lisa seemed genuinely apologetic, and she told me that my order was ready for pick up. So, I drove over to pick up my pizzas.

But guess what? Lisa never compensated for the two messed-up orders and the rudeness of putting customers on hold when they can't understand them. I get it, it's not easy to find good employees, but if there is a language barrier problem, let someone else answer the phone. It's not fair to keep customers waiting and frustrated, especially when all they want is some pizza!

Overall, my experience with TellPizzaHut was a huge disappointment. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon, and I don't recommend it to anyone who wants their pizza in a timely and hassle-free manner.

TellPizzaHut Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut in Warren, Ohio: Missing Cheese and Wrong Order

I was really in the mood for a good pepperoni pizza, so I decided to pop into my local Pizza Hut in Warren, Ohio. It was pretty late, around 8:10 pm, and the only drive-thru was open, so my daughter and I decided to stick around for our order. We ended up waiting for about 15-20 minutes, which wasn't too bad.

I had ordered a $10 meal deal with a side of bone-in chicken wings in a lemon pepper flavor. When we got home and opened up the bag, I was so disappointed to find that instead of bone-in wings, we were given boneless chicken bites. To make matters worse, the pizza was missing the extra cheese that I had requested. I had paid for these items, but I did not receive what I had ordered, which made me very unhappy.

The cashier who took my order seemed a bit confused and had to call over a manager or another employee to print me a receipt. They weren't the friendliest of people and didn't seem to know what they were doing. All in all, it was a bit of a disappointing experience. I wouldn't go back to that particular Pizza Hut again.

On the plus side, the pizza we did get was still pretty tasty, and the chicken bites weren't bad either. It's just a shame that we didn't get the exact items we had ordered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's important for businesses to try and make it right.

Overall, I'd say that Pizza Hut has some work to do in terms of their ordering process and customer service. While I did enjoy the food, the mistakes and lack of friendliness left me feeling underwhelmed. Hopefully, they can improve these aspects of their business so that customers have a more positive experience in the future.

on 08/26/23 at 6:59 pm i ordered 2 personal pan meat lovers i was told it would be ready in 15 minutes it took 25 minutes then the pizza was horrible the crust was not the person pan dough it was not cooked properly it was thick and raw all twisted up with no taste like raw dough like they threw cheese at it and missed it was a complete mess i will not be getting anything else from pizza hut again and i had to drive 15 minutes to go get it never again!

TellPizzaHut Incorrect order, rip off, filthy, horrible service

I've recently been to the pizza hut on Brookway Boulevard in Brookhaven MS.

I ordered over the phone to get a quick meal while in on my lunch break at work. The girl who took my order, Reanna, was extremely rude when I got there. And not only that, My pizza was AWFUL! It didn't have my chicken, it didn't have sausage, it didn't have the jalapeno's or my extra cheese. On top of that, I didn't even receive the wings I paid for!

But the girl in the window was an absolute [censored]! She was too busy talking to her co-worker about something that shouldn't be discussed in work places anyway. It was rude how she ignored me when I said ‘Excuse me ma'am’ four times and then slammed the window in my face. She absolutely needs to be fired. I came back that night to pick up my husband's order and they were absolutely out of control! All I could hear was loud laughing, no one greeted me when I walked into the door. Everyone was just talking and joking around. There were people sitting down in the lobby instead of up on their feet doing there job. One of them, a black male, looked like he was in his early 20's, was eating cinnamon sticks and on his phone. He went to the back to make my husband's food since they didn't have it ready at all! And he didn't even wash his hands or use gloves. He just started throwing toppings onto my husband's pizza.

The customer service at Brookhaven Pizza Hut on Brookway Boulevard is absolutely [censored]TY! I can't believe I'm going to say this but the store needs an actual manager there.

While I waited for my pizza to get done I had to use the restroom. I went into the ladies restroom which was absolutely DISGUSTING. There was a used bloody pad laying on the floor and blood all over the women's toilet seat. I was appalled by the way they could let their building be this filthy.

It's safe to say that I will NEVER order from this pizza hut again.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a reply to what I've said. The lady in the window needs to be fired. What if someone from the health department came in and saw that bathroom? Y'all would get shut down.

TellPizzaHut Mixed Experience at TellPizzaHut: Long Wait, Incorrect Order, and Uncomfortable Environment

I recently ordered from TellPizzaHut and it was a bit of a mixed experience. I put in my order at 5:49pm and didn't receive it until 6:30pm, which was a bit of a wait. When I got home, I realized that my order was incorrect and I had to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed. This was a bit frustrating, as I had already waited a while for my food.

To make matters worse, the restaurant didn't have working air conditioning, which made the wait even more uncomfortable. TellPizzaHut Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut: Late Order and Cold Pizza

I went to TellPizzaHut to leave a review about my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I ordered two pizzas at 9:55pm and waited outside the restaurant. At 10:30pm, I received a call from Pizza Hut saying that my order would take another 15 minutes. I was disappointed, but I understood that sometimes things can take longer than expected.

When I finally received my order at 10:57pm, I noticed that one of the pizzas belonged to another customer. This meant that I had to wait even longer to receive my second pizza. By the time I got my second pizza, it was no longer hot. I was disappointed that Pizza Hut made this mistake and that my food was not as fresh as it could have been.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at Pizza Hut. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that my food was not hot and that I had to wait longer than expected to receive my order. I hope that Pizza Hut can improve their service in the future so that other customers do not have to experience the same issues that I did.

TellPizzaHut Disappointing Experience with TellPizzaHut's Coupon Policy

Ok, so let me tell you somethin' 'bout TellPizzaHut. I been strugglin' with my orders from dis place, man. Like, for the second time dems didn't honer my $10 off $20 coupon, ain't dat some bullcrap?! And it's not just me, ya hear? When I tried to order online from the Oneonta store #***, they straight up said my coupon not gonna work there. What kind of customer service is dat? I mean, come on Pizza Hut, step up your game. I just wanna enjoy some pizza without all this hassle.

TellPizzaHut Wrong Pizza Delivered: A Disappointing Experience with TellPizzaHut

So, I was pretty psyched about ordering pizza at TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com) and decided to do it online. The process was pretty smooth, but boy did things go south fast. I requested a certain kind of pizza and waited for it excitedly.

But lo and behold, when the delivery arrived, they had sent the wrong pizza! I called customer service right away and the representative told me that it was what I had ordered. But I knew for a fact that I hadn't placed that order!

I was pretty miffed, to say the least. I asked them if they could replace the wrong pizza with the right one, but they didn't seem too keen on helping me out. This was pretty disappointing considering that I had been really looking forward to eating the pizza I had ordered.

In the end, I had to settle for the wrong pizza they had sent me. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't what I had been craving. I don't think I'll be ordering from TellPizzaHut again in the near future. What a bummer!

TellPizzaHut Delicious Pepperoni Pizza, But Watch Out for Anchovy Toppings: A TellPizzaHut Review

So I ordered some pizzas from TellPizzaHut last week and gotta say, I was pretty pleased with the Garlic Knot pizza with pepperoni topping. It was large, loaded with plenty of delicious pepperonis, and had just the right amount of garlic taste.

However, I also ordered a large Garlic Knot pizza with Anchovy topping, and unfortunately, they really scimped on the anchovies. I mean, come on, if I wanted to be cheated out of my anchovies, I would have just made my own pizza at home. This was actually the second time that Pizza Hut has let me down in this regard.

Aside from that blunder, the crust was nice and crispy, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The delivery also arrived on time, which was a pleasant surprise considering how busy they always seem to be.

I would recommend giving TellPizzaHut a try if you're looking for some delicious pizza options. Just maybe don't order the anchovy topping unless you want to risk getting jipped on the toppings.

TellPizzaHut TellPizzaHut Review: Disappointing Pizza, But Tasty Wings and Tuscani Chicken

I recently ordered a big ol' pizza from TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com) with all the fixin's - extra cheese and stuffed crust. But lemme tell ya, when that pizza arrived, I was pretty disappointed. There just wasn't enough cheese on that thing, ya know? And the sauce was seriously lackin' too. I mean, come on Pizza Hut, step up your game!

Buuuut, it wasn't all bad! I also got some honey barbeque wings and tus chicken with breadsticks, which were pretty dang tasty. The flavors were on point and my taste buds were definitely happy.

Overall, I have to say that TellPizzaHut's pizza game could use some work. I remember when their pies used to be the bomb dot com, but lately they've been fallin' short. Hopefully they take this feedback to heart and make some changes, cuz I wanna keep on supportin' my local PH.

TellPizzaHut Disastrous Experience with TellPizzaHut - A Nightmare of a Pizza Review

Okay, so I gotta say, my experience with TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com) was a total disaster. I don't know what happened, but something went seriously wrong with their recipe.

Me and a couple of my buddies ordered some of their pizzas the other day, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. From the get-go, we could tell something was off. The pizzas looked all wrong, like they were made by someone who had never even seen a pizza before.

But we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out anyway. Big mistake. As soon as we took a bite, it was like our taste buds were assaulted by a ton of different flavors all at once. And none of them were good.

All three of us spit out our pizza immediately, and we were all pretty disgusted. But it wasn't just the taste that was the problem - it was the lingering aftertaste that just wouldn't go away. We spent a good hour trying to get the taste out of our mouths, and it was a total nightmare.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order from TellPizzaHut again after this experience. I don't know if it was a bad batch or what, but whatever happened, it was a total disaster. Save your money and order from somewhere else, folks - trust me on this one.

TellPizzaHut Disgusting Bathroom Experience Ruined My Pizza Hut Meal in Tucson, AZ

Me and my buds hit up the Pizza Hut on LaCholla Rd in Tucson, AZ for some grub. The pizza were pretty good, but I had to take a quick pit-stop to rinse the grease off my hands. When I got in there, I saw an employee walk right out of the stall without even glancing at the sink. To say I was disgusted would be an understatement. I had to tell the manager about this unacceptable behavior, and all they could say back was a measly apology. Some things just can’t be undone, so it looks like I won’t be coming back to this Pizza Hut anytime soon.

TellPizzaHut Disappointing Pizza Hut Experience: Wrong Address, Cold Pizza, Burnt Sausage

I called up Pizza Hut to get a big carry out, but they messed up the address and delivered it to the wrong place. Can you believe it? To make matters worse, my pizza was COLD! Of course, I wasn't going to just let that slide, so I called back and the manager promised to fix it. He even sent the delivery person again - but guess what, he went to the SAME wrong address! He said he fixed it, but clearly he didn't.

When I finally got my pizza, it wasn't even good. The sausage on top looked like it had been burnt to a crisp! I had to take it off to avoid ruining the entire pizza. Honestly, what a disappointment. I was really looking forward to having a delicious pizza, but it was ruined by the terrible delivery service.

I had my ticket number (0161) entered into the system by Shada *** on July 9th, 2020 at 9:15.

TellPizzaHut Beware of the Pizza Hut Survey: A Time-Consuming and Frustrating Experience

So, I was lookin' to save some cash on my next order from Pizza Hut. I decided to check out their website at TellPizzaHut.com to see if they had any coupons. I saw that they had this survey thing where you could get $10 off your next pizza, so I thought, why not give it a try? Boy, was I in for a rude awakenin'!

I started the survey and it just kept goin' and goin' and goin'! I mean, I was on that thing for over 15 minutes! Every time I thought I was gettin' close to the end, it would just send me to another contest or some other nonsense. I tried to answer "no" to some of the questions just to see if it would speed things up, but no such luck.

After all that, I still never got to the end of the survey! It was like they was tryin' to trick me or somethin'! Now, I'm worried that all my personal info that I gave 'em is gonna get sold to a bunch of scammers or somethin'. Ain't nobody got time for that!

All in all, I would say stay away from TellPizzaHut.com if you're just lookin' for a quick and easy coupon. 'Cause lemme tell ya, that survey ain't quick OR easy!

TellPizzaHut Disappointing Experience with TellPizzaHut: Cold and Barely Topped Pizza

I recently tried ordering from TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com). At 70 years old, I have definitely had my fair share of pizza. I used to believe that Pizza Hut had the best pizza around, but I guess times have changed. Unfortunately, I can only express my disappointment in one way- the pizza sucked!

When my order finally arrived after a 25 minute wait, I was disheartened to find half of it in the garbage. The pizza had minimal sauce, hardly any cheese, and was ice cold by the time it arrived. To make matters worse, the toppings included only four small pieces of mushroom and a few slices of green pepper.

I can honestly say that I could have made a better pizza at home! Pizza Hut has definitely lost a customer at this point. This happened at a Riverview Florida location, with my ticket number being 186 and the unit number ***.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com). I hope they improve their quality and customer service in the future.

TellPizzaHut Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut in Richmond Hts. Ohio: A Review

On 5/16/20, me and my honey ordered a pizza over the phone 'round 7pm from TellPizzaHut (tellpizzahut.com), and this gal on the other end said it'd be ready in 15 minutes. We hightailed it to the store in Richmond Hts. Ohio at 7:30pm, but the pizza was nowhere to be found. However, they did have my order noted down in their system, which was a plus. They told me I'd have'ta wait another 15 minutes, so I suggested to my wife that we could kill some time chillin' in our car. After another 20 minutes went by, we decided to waltz back inside and check the status of our 'za. Can ya believe they still couldn't find it? Ridiculous! But, we were very determined to get our hands on this pizza pie, so we stuck it out. After waiting yet another 10-15 minutes, we finally received our order...only to find that the center was still uncooked and filled with dough. Ain't that the pits? Folks, take it from me, and steer clear of this joint in Richmond Hts. Ohio if ya want a properly cooked pizza.

I order from pizza hut all the time and it's never done its always come from a 3rd party and today I found somebody hair in my pizza and I ate some of of now if I get sick or anything just know u will be seeing me again I just throw up the pizza if this is how pizza hut runs their business

My pizza had no sauce my wings were not the flavor asked and idk what’s on this new cheesesteak pizza but it’s not steak meat at all and it’s barely anything on there just a bunch of cheese my food was not the time they said it was well over past the time that online estimates the delivery wants cold food
