Culver's Disgusting food

Drive thru at fort walton beach fl, 206 Green acres rd. Was served some of the grossest, unacceptable, excuse for a hamburger I've ever seen. The order was completely inaccurate and I would have been ashamed to serve that slop to my dog. Went back to complain about my order three girls behind the counter just giggled and smirked at me. This was not the first order I had issue with but was the last.

Culver's Employment

To whom it may concern:
My name is Danette Vincenti and I would like Culver's Cooperate Headquarters to know my complaint. I have an Uncle who moved here to Wisconsin from Illinois. He is not the brightest apple in the bunch, nor is he a handsome man. Dion Weinstein is his name and he applied at Culver's in Delavan Wisconsin. He was interviewed by a very young manager named Patrick. Dion has over 20 years experience in the fast food industry, he is a registered security guard, and capable of doing a fantastic job for the position that you so desperately need filled. I have been in the hospitality business for many many years, I would never have passed on an employee with his experience, and willingness to work weekends, full-time, anytime. I just wanted to be aware of what your management in Delavan has done.

Culver's Service was unacceptable

My wife, my son and I went through the drive through to just get 3 concrete mixers and the female working the intercom that night was so rude to us. Of course we had questions We had never tried the concrete mixers before. The few questions we asked were answered with unacceptable attitude and after only about 1 minute she told us we needed to hurry up our order... even though there was a whole hour before closing. All we wanted was 3 concrete mixers. I mean how could our order have been taking so long to be so rude to us and hurry us up. Our 4 year old was excited for his treat. Long story short we went to Dairy queen for blizzards instead where we were treated very nicely. In all honesty this is my first and so far only complaint about your Culver's establishment in Williston North Dakota. We live here and quite often have dinner at Culver's and we are always treated very nicely! In fact we've always bragged about how awesome your crew is at this location. In my opinion this girl doesn't fit in with the rest of your awesome staff. I can guarantee we weren't the only people she was rude to. We did not get her name. But she was working the intercom 9:00pm 10/1/21 like I said in Williston North Dakota. Thank you for your time.

Culver's Discrimination

I'm writing to inform you that I have a medical condition and was denied service in your Sycamore, Illinois store because I cannot wear a mask.

I have patronized Culver's at various locations over the iast 18 months with no issues. All other restaurants have been respectful as per both state and federal law demands.

Culver's has always maintained a higher standard in the industry which is why I give you my business.

I am appalled that you would allow discrimination of any kind, and to refuse service based on medical exemptions is an unexpected low for you.

To be treated as poorly as I was added insult to injury. To be denied to be served food simply because I cannot tolerate a face covering is simply despicable. I expected more of Culver's.

I know this is not a corporate policy because no corporate policy can violate the state laws where they do business. I have had no issues at other Illinios locations and I expect you will address this with that local management team as what appeared to be the manager gloated as her underling refused me service.

I'm not sure if you're aware but both Illinoos state and federal law expressly forbids both private and public companies from discrimination.

In addition, Governor Pritker's own Executive Order allows for medical exemptions since he is aware if this law so not only are you violating state and federal law when you denied ne service, you also violated the Governor' EO as it stands.

As someone who has been a customer for decades, I expect better from the Culver's brand and I expect as a major chain that you and your employees would know and respect state and federal law.

You might be interested in the fact that your competitors are not so blind to the law as your Sycamore team appears to be.

Ordered a fish dinner at drive through. When I arrived home, I only received 2 fish, not 3 & fries, no roll, no cold slaw & wrong drink?

Culver's Cod Sandwich

Walked into the Sandusky Store to order two sandwiches and was told we had to order a dinner they couldn't give a sandwich because of shortage of fish and no hoagie buns. We were very disappointed we couldn't have sandwiches, we didn't want complete dinner. We would have also gotten an order of fries and a drink to share.
Waited two weeks and drove 22 miles to go to Culver's.

Culver's Over All treatment from Staff

My name is Brad Oldenburg last Friday 09/10/2021 my girlfriend and I went into the Culverts on Milwaukee Ave in Burlington, WI. we got there around 8:50 p.m we ordered our food and sat at our table, 15 minutes later a counter person tells us they cant make out Concrete's do to machine being broken down, she then informs us that we need to eat our dinner quickly because when we put in our order they were closed, but the front door clearly stated 10 am - 10 p.m we paid $ 35.00 for two fish dinners. As we sat there they closed drive thru and were very rude to the people telling them they are closed. When they brought out our food they slammed it on the table and told us to hurry up. We ate a few bites and left. Next day when we drove by they were closed and stayed that way for about a week. Today 09/16/2021 we went back for dinner again only this time we went in at 7 pm again we were made to feel like an inconvenience, again once we sat down they came out and told us again no concrete available only shakes. We sat there and I watched them put our food in the window and it sat there for 10 minuets, then the lady working the counter placed it on a tray and it sat there for 10 more minuets, when it was finally served the two burgers were cold and greasy, we spent $23.81 for bad food and very rude service. We will never eat at that store again, also once they took our order another couple came in and they said were closed if you want food go through drive thru... I have over 45 years in the food industry and I have never seen such rude employees in my life

Never been so rudely talked to as if he was tell me what to like I wasn't the customer. His tone is terrible and not friendly at all. If he can't be nice to people, he shouldn't be working here at the Newnan location in Georgia. Today is September 13th 2021. He's the only male working g the window during lunchtime. Please deal with this person. May never come back to Culver's thanks to him!

Culver's Drive thru

I order 2 cheese burgers, a small fry, and small vanilla, small banana shake and 1 concrete mixer. I couldn't figure out why it was over 30 dollars. When they brought order out. They had add a extra vanilla shake. She took it back a. nd gave me credit. I got home and found. The banana shake was a medium and the burgers were double deluxe.
That was not my order and I do not appreciate getting what I dont ordered. This happens every time I go to drive through. I dont appreciate spending my hard earned money on your employees mistakes.

Culver's Complaining about they give food 4 customers before me

I'm in Dekalb IL 60115 I ordered some food in the drive up, they send me to wait line give a number 4 I guess number 3 is front me they give food and leave then I'm front line but something happened because they give food for numbers 5, 6, 7 and 8 before me I'm number 4 what is the excuse for that, finally they bring my food and when ask about they not have a answer that is not good and they can answer about it, everybody pay with the same money so way they can bring food before me

Culver's poor food quality

Hello. my name is Randall and I am very unhappy with Culver's. for years you have been very consistent on keeping your promise today I have had enough. this makes the third meal in a row that was very bad but today was so bad that I'm not returning unless you make this right. my wife and I ate lunch while traveling thru Wisconsin. out burgers were not cooked thoroughly and were inedible. I wish I had checked them while on the property but we were on a schedule. other restaurants are blaming covid for poor service but I expect more from you. if you do not win us back we are through. I've NEVER wanted my money back but I do today.

Culver's "Lemon Ice"

Here is a copy of what I posted on my local Nextdoor site. 10's of thousands of people receive my posts on this popular social media site.

Yesterday I went to Culvers and purchased a "Lemon Ice" cooler for $4.50. The server dug deeply into tub about a dozen times. I thought that I was going to get the hard frozen bits at the bottom which has happened before. When I put the spoon in and tried to scoop some of the "ice" it was gooey. I tried another spot and it all had the stretchy consistency of melted mozzarella cheese and was sticky ! I told the employee at hand who may have been the manager. He told me that "Culvers" had formulated a "new mix". Unbelievable. It was completely inedible and definitely NOT an ICE. I can't imagine why would they screw up this great product.

Desired outcome: Change back to the original Lemon Ice mix and stop screwing with success.

Culver's Stone in burger

My boyfriend and I were eating out last night at the Culver's across from our hotel. When he bit into his sandwich he found a stone. When he went to complain all they offered was a replacement sandwich not a refund like we wanted. He now has a hole in his tooth and will have to have it fixed as it is causing him pain. Culver's Food /service

Double cheeseburger / only cooked one side burned, dry, cold, wilted lettuce, little tomato slice, one little pickle .. called takes to manager he apologized said to come back they would make fresh. Ask for Casey, went back never saw Casey was in Kitchen, so employee gave me two ice creams out of the freezer. Then gave me it looked like same cheeseburger same tomato, pickle and lettuce just put two more slice of cheese on it not even melted . I thought burger at Culver's were cooked to order ?

Culver's MeI filed complaint, Mgr asked for meeting - I said not necessary, No apology offered & they just stopped communicating with me

My son & I visit Culvers twice daily most days for over 2 years now. It was the best. But for months product is inconsistent. They forgot my coffee at least 15 times & I have to remind them 45 min. to 1 hour later. I filed complaint. The Mgr wants to have a meeting with me? I said no need ... Just address my complaint. Culver's Concrete mixer type turtle

Purchased a concrete mixer for my wife, from the drive threw window, drove away and my wife opened it and was surprised, all it was was liquid like milk, she had to drink it, paid six dollars and it was no concrete mixer, we have had them many times, we always go to Culver's and are satisfied, this time very un happy, no mixture of the ingredient is is normally in them

The Culver‘s location on university city boulevard put their cones in the drive thru an hour and a half before closing time, which it clearly states is 10pm. The woman in the drive thru window was rude, and unprofessional.

Culver's Service

On Sunday approximately 8:50pm on August 22, 2020 I arrived at your margate Fl, location for ice cream with my husband as usual waited patiently in line for approximately 25-35 minutes when we placed our order we was certain that we stated chocolate ice single scoop with sprinkles and a concrete mixer with cheese cake pieces and Oreos just to arrive at the window to be told you guys was out of cheese cake pieces(which was no big deal )just to receive two vanilla single scoops of ice cream with sprinkles, a concrete mixer that was totally half melted (again no biggie) but when I asked for the single scoops to be made over the correct way the cashier Chenyenne was uncooperative she gave me a very nasty attitude and was hesitant to take the ice cream back so I tossed the ice on the counter to get made over meanwhile Chenyenne reply's to her fellow co- worker asking " should I throw it back at her!" Me looking confused because I didn't want to believe she would just threaten to hit a 7 month pregnant customer with ice cream.. Meanwhile she's still talking among her co workers everyone huddled around cheering her on at this point I just wanted a refund because we clearly wasn't getting anywhere the manager Damion came over to assist but wanted to go back and fourth with me and my husband before he gave us our refund I don't have the original receipt but the refund transaction number is 291834 from register 3 this location by far is the worst in history! I will be taking legal actions! Someone needs to be held accountable because this is unacceptable... No one should be treated the way me and my family was treated!

So I've made an online order from like AZ (Culvers.) but I live in Kansas City. I've tried to reach out to them but they couldn't help me. I would like my refund of $35.92. I don't know who else to reach out to. What should i do? I feel like it's probably too late cause it was a month ago or something. Pls help me.
