Overhead another customer let the boy behind the counter know that there was no ice in the drink dispenser. Reply was"yeah, we know" "haven't had time to refill" as he continued to examine his finger nails. Placed our order, my brother ordered a shake, since there was "no ice" we washed our hands prior to placing our order, no paper towels to dry our hands! Chose our table, noticed a large pool of unknown liquid on the floor near our table, half on the tile, half on the carpet. "Finger nails" came out after delivering 2 others order, with a small cloth and was moving the spill around, no avail. Came back from the counter with a small handful of napkins, doesn't clean it up. He left and went back to the counter.
Desired outcome: Please hire and train competent help, your business relies on them. I NEVER had this experience at my local Culver's.

So My daughter is a employee at the Culver's in Fort myers at the Gulf coast facility. My daughter has been having problems with these two employees they are sisters and they seem to be like double teaming up on her when they are on the clock. Saying racial things to her and when my daughter calls and tell me I confronted MaryEllen about the way that she is talking to my child that is only 17. She has denied it and says that she can do anything that she wants. I guess cause she is the manager and her sister is a team trainer. It is useless to talk to the owner Justin the owner cause he is oblivious to what is going on in his own building he let's these ladies run it any kind of way and disrespect the employee. I know for a fact that they will retaliate against my daughter and even treat her worse because I confronted her about my daughter but just know that I will be calling a lawyer about this situation.. My child will not be bullied at her place of employment by her manager and her sister.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate something to be done about this situation. and my daughter not feel like when she goes to work what they will say to her.or do to her at work.

On 4/30/23 around 6pm at restaurant #032, my wife and I came to have dinner and after ordering we went to get a table to sit at. The tables were not clean and the floor had food that needed to be cleaned up. We have gone to this restaurant in the past and it is slowing getting worse. With that being said, there is always 6 to 8 maybe more workers behind the counter and no one seems to care how the restaurant looks. My question were is the management? Worse yet is, we have seen it like this even the owner is working and she is always in the kitchen cooking or doing whatever. She should be managing the restaurant not doing the work of others that are just standing behind the counter laughting having a good time. She needs classes on how to manage!
The other thing that happened the same time period, a worker taking his break is seated at a table with his cell phone on speaker phone and it was loud! Others in the restaurant looking at him in disgust! Again where is the management!
This restaurant needs to get its act together and fast!

Pieces of bone fragments in Hamburger
Last Sunday I ordered a Hamburger deluxe at the Culvers in Monticello, MN.
As I bit down on the meat a chunk of bone ( I think it was bone hope it wasn't a piece of metal ) got between my upper and lower molar on the right side. Immediate pain in my lower molar. I hoped the pain would cease after a day or two but it hasn't. I'm praying it didn't crack my tooth or cracked a filling. What shall I do? Will Culvers pay for a dentist to check it out and repair it if need be?

We ordered three sandwiches, along with fries, drinks and custard. When we got home, there were only two sandwiches in our order. When I went back to get my third sandwich, they didn't offer to give a refund or a coupon for the inconvenience.
By the time I got back home, the sandwich and fries I bought for myself was cold. This was not at all satisfying!
We currently frequent Culver's at least once a week. This has been a very big disappointment.

On Feb 20 and Feb 28/2023 I ordered the walleye (3 Orders.) The breading was over cooked, greasy and the fish appeared uncooked. I don't mind paying for good food but when it is not up to standards I have a concern. The coleslaw and french fries were delicious. I have had your walleye in 2022 and it was very good. Culver's has been my go-to fast food since opening their doors at bearss avenue Tampa Florida the last two times I visited both times were for the burgers the latest visit I requested a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with everything on it I asked a lady if you have anything and everything in the store I want it on my burger thank you when I got home the two burger patties or paper thin and it first look no condiments no deluxe nothing two burgers bacon and cheese then I opened up the bun between the burger and the bun were six pieces of lettuce the size of my little fingernail two pickle a half a circle of onion and that's it I paid $8 well close to $8 for the best burger in town and I was very disappointed Culver's used to take their time and make the most tasteful burgers in Tampa and for $8 I could have got the same sandwich at Burger King made properly for probably less than half the price Culver's has become less quality and I realize prices have gone up on everything but the prices went up and the quality of the burger is down I can't see paying $8 for a corrupt Burger maybe I'll just change my menu and check out the fish cover needs to again start having pride and their service and the quality of their food

On [protected] I purchased a cod dinner from the Green Bay, Ashwaubenon culvers thro0ugh the drive through. getting home with the meal, the three little pieces of cod were floating in deep frier oil and the french fries were also oil soaked. None of the sides were in the meal. no tartar, slaw, biscuit etc. I called the local culvers and a young girl named Lauren took my call and said she was a manager. She had no answer for the meal and her answer was some coupo0ns she would mail. Received nothing. Emailed the store again and now a manager did the same saying he would send coupons out to me. They think the lousy meal is worth coupons I guess. Today, the 25th, nothing to date from either I am really irritated about the quality of food I got. And apparently they think some coupons is the answer. I received none. Your food is an insult and your managers are a joke. This was the worst meal from culvers I have ever had and no one cares.

I went to Culver’s yesterday after work and ordered a burger plain with NO CHEESE only Mayo and of course they put cheese on it. I get all the way home and call it in so I can just grab the correct order the next day. I am told I can either go in today or get a coupon in the mail. WTF! The location this refers to is in Lake Geneva #0023 on Wells Street. This location is very disappointing and does not show a sample of Culver's standards. The drive-through service is so slow. Last night I ordered at 7:11 pm and parked in line waiting while people behind me in their cars were getting their food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich basket, nothing special. My food arrived at my car window at 7:34 pm. This is how it is all the time, tremendously slow. When the owner is not in the store, the store is a mess. There are straw wrappers on the floor, along with napkins, the condiment counter is nasty, and napkins or ketchup may be empty. If you go up to the counter to inform them they hand you what you need and claim they will take care of it. However; no one comes out to clean it or fill it. Also, I mention upon ordering that I have a dollar off coupon when I get to pay they haven't taken off the dollar. When I tell the delivery person they tell me I have to go in the store to deal with it. Twice this has happened to me and last night I did not get my senior discount. My grandson (17) ordered a 4-piece chicken tender basket, the tenders looked like sardines. The tenders were so small they were fit for a baby. I believe this Culver needs a full-time manager to take care of the errors, the mess, and the dirty tables and supervise the employees. This location is definitely going downhill.
Desired outcome: There should be a manager on duty at all times. This person needs to manage the employees, the cleanliness of the location, and customer satisfaction. The owner came from the Mauston, Wisconsin location which was immaculate at all times.
Butter burgers --- I DON'T eat doubles!
First -- I love Culver's but I don't want double burgers pushed on me and I resent when I say SINGLE the make and charge me for doubles!
VERY BAD business!
I am not a glutton! I refuse to over eat -- kindly STOP pushing doubles on people or I guarantee you will loose business.
