carry out/rude workers/order wrong
Went to culvers for lunch, the customer service was horrible, they were very rude and unhelpful. Asked for crispy chicken with no pickles! I got grilled chicken with pickles. And I wanted the sandwich because I had a drink, and was charged for entire meal. On top of that, the gun was flipped upside down (picture attached)
I go to this location at least once or twice a week due to working directly across the street and NEVER have problems until today. Very upsetting how the girl upfront was acting.

The staff is very helpful and courteous at this Culver's located in Ripon, Wisconsin 54971.
On 10/12/2018 we dined there and had the cod and chicken tenders which were burnt or cooked in old oil. If we were not on a tight schedule we would have asked for the manager or waiter to recook our orders but we could not spare the additional time delay!
I contacted Culver's through their on line complaint form and informed them to only contact me by email or postal mail which the never did.
The franchise owners (DIANNE AND JOHN MAYER) are not that concerned about food quality and attempting to rectify a problem with their food.
I assumed we would be reimbursed for the meal and offered a complimentary gift card for our terrible meal but have not heard from them whatsoever.
I can only suggest you reconsider where to dine in Ripon, Wi even though your choices are somewhat limited the food will probably better than what we were served.

I ordered three two piece fish dinners from the culvers location. I only received two but didn't realize it until I got home. I called Culvers to let them know and the female employee that I spoke with took my name and said she would have the meal ready for me to come pick up. I get there and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the girl to then ask for my receipt. I explained that I left my wallet and my receipt at home as I'm trying to get these meals for my kids and left the house quickly . She tells me that she needs to get her manager. He comes to talk to me and tell me that he can give me a discounted price for it. I explained that I am not paying for a meal that I've already paid for and had to drive from my home to get due to their error. His name was Gilbert and he proceeded to treat me disrespectfully. He rolled his eyes at me multiple times. When I asked for corporate's number, he said he'd have to look for it, then made me wait another 10 minutes. I can't imagine that number isn't handy somewhere. I will never return to this location again. I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the Okemos Culvers.

The worst milkshakes I have ever had... Anywhere.
I went through the drive-thru & was in a hurry, or else i'd have gone inside and complained.
Poorly mixed, chocolate was covering the inside of the cup & was pooled on the bottom.
My raspberry shake was not as disguisting as the chocolate, but still undermixed, white swirls were present in the pink.
Both shakes were thin like milk... Seriously! (my shakes from the valparaiso, in culvers are always thick, these 2 today from portage were runny.)
I am amazed that the employee found these shakes (especially the chocolate) satisfactory to sell to a customer. I attempted to upload 3 pictures, I hope it was successful, so that you can see for yourself.

Spent $17 for 2 meals included 2 deluxe burgers, lg fries, lg onion ring, small soda and lg milkshake. Waited 15 minutes for food. Noting at least 12 employees, busy but NOT incredibly busy. Food delivered minus milkshake. "Machine was being maintained". Fries and Onion rings were not even warm. Took them back to counter to ask for hot orders. Waited 5 minutes went to count. still not ready. 5 minutes later still no return of fries, onion rings or milkshake. went to counter. A lady "Adella"? was there, I noted what appeared to be in the window. I asked if our order was ready yet as we already ate our burgers. She looked puzzled I stated, "the order was cold and I sent them back". She replied, "Our food is always fresh and hot". I said, "maybe sometimes- but ours was not even warm". She had a very harsh attitude. gave me my fries and onion ring order- no milkshake. I went back to our table and observed many milkshakes being delivered. Then noted a gentleman staring at me leaning against the serving counter. This man proceeded to our table with the milkshake and without introducing himself, sat next to me and i proceeded to tell him I was there one other time- when they first opened and it too was a bad experience- but thought i would give it another try, as it was new. He reply was not of an apology but stated, "well Honey, if I were you I would not come back here again". MInd you I did not raise my voice or act out in any way. I did however say, "Please do not call me Honey". He then said, "like I said if I were you I wouldn't come back" he then walked away, stared from counter again then came back to the table and said, " I need you to finish your food, get out and do not EVER return, you offended my wife and I called the police to trespass you" dumbfounded, I looked at my companion who is 58 years old. I am 50. we did not reply except, "OK, that is fine". we cleared our table and walked out. This man stated I am the owner. He then came from around the counter, followed us to our vehicle and took down our license tag number. I went on to the website to express my experience this man called me, "stating I called the police on you, I replied good, I would like to file a harassment charge, I ended the call stating I believe he has an anger management issue. (Call recorded). and that I would not feed into him. Is this the policy of Culvers and Franchise owners? I am in management with strong focus on customer service- I would not only be appalled at the treatment of someone as we were treated. But, they would be terminated. This mans head is too large and should not be in a position of representing a company- whos mission statement is seriously faltered by him.

I was driving home from work and just wanted something good to eat. I was very disappointed and upset. When I noticed it I tried to call them but they were closed. The guy was nice ...but ... I ordered a bacon deluxe snack pack and the bottom bun was molded. How could this not be seen. It was covered on the whole bun and there were flakes on the top bun as well. I would like a refund and to be compensated further than that.

We have tried to complete survey's as well as contact Culver's regarding the dry and overcooked burgers we received at the Culver's location on Algonquin in Schaumburg, Il. No one has ever responded to our complaints - not even a message back to say that it was received. We waited for a long time to receive our burgers at this location and when we got them home, they were over cooked and almost charred.

Lately the butter burgers are very very dry! No juice to them AT ALL! It's dissapointing to order a burger and bite into it, the flavor is on the outside, but then you get a mouthful of dry flavorless meat that over powers your mouth and you don't want to finish it.This is The way it's been the last 4 visits. I even asked them to NOT over cook mine. But it came the same way. What's going on? Do they squeeze ALL the juice out when the smash it on the grill? I miss eating there! The butter burgers USE TO BE the best! not any more! TO US ITS A BIG ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!

I purchased a regular custard vanilla ice cream with snickers and snickers cookie dough after sharing half of it with my son i bit down on a very sharp piece of plastic i am very angry because that could have been very easily cutting my sons mouth I need too talk too someone because this isn't fair this was my first time going here after hearing such great things it's truly sad

Wife ordered 2 burgers and large fries at drive up on 10/28/17 @ 5:39 PM. Asked for senior discount. Told it would be given at window. It wasn't. Had to ask for it again.
Food was all cold when she got home. Meat was over cooked.
Called the store and asked for a manager. Katie came on the phone. I explained the situation. She said she was sorry and wanted to send us coupons. I asked who the owners were, she told me people in Indiana. Said local store manager was Alan. She then told me the General Manager was Cody. He got on and we went through the same info. as Katie. He told me the senior discount was not done by the same person taking the order. He was very defensive when I asked for the names of the owners. I told him there was a training problem. He wanted my address to send coupons. He told me goodbye and hung up. I found him to be too defensive and not friendly. The young lady was pleasant.
We have been a consistent customers for about 1.5 years. Never had a problem before. I would not give my address to people I don't know. I told him it went beyond giving me my money back. I don't want other customers treated as we were.
Did you ask if you could go to the restaurant to pick up the coupons? It was a kind offer of them and it sounds like they did try to resolve your situation.

I was given two coupons to any Culvers location, from my father(not sure where he got them), with no expiration dates, good for one value basket. I have used one at this particular, they pointed out that it was not marked on the back for which store it came from, so she would need to speak to her manager about if it was valid. They ended up giving me the meal, and did not say anything about me not being able to use another one, with the knowledge I have another one at home. I come back a week later, this time through the drive thru, the manager tells me the coupon is not valid because it is unmarked/stamped, and they have already let one slide with me recently. I was understanding, but still let her know that I was not told that I couldn't use my other coupon last visit, and how I told them last time and this time, I had another coupon at home. She was apologetic, and explained why they couldn't take it. I asked for my coupon back before I drove away, and she refused to give it back, saying that because it isn't marked, that she couldn't, by company policy give it back. I've worked in the food service industry for 4 years and turned down several expired/or not approved by our franchise coupons. I've never heard of having to take the coupon from the customer. This was not a fraudulent coupon, it came from one of Culvers locations. I would not have submitted this complaint if she had just given my coupon back. wrong order
I went to Culver’s today (10.03.2017) I had 3 orders which included the double cheese burger, the cod sandwich and buffalo chicken tenders; all were meals with drinks. Imagine my surprise when I get home and I have 2 cod sandwich meals along with the burger meal. No buffalo chicken tenders meal! My daughter along with myself was really upset! I have tried and tried to call the location more than 10x’s and no answer! The number is [protected]. I want a full refund for having to deal with this! Why should I be out of almost 30.00 if you can’t or won’t take the time out to get orders right? I am very disappointed with this ghetto franchise.

Took forever when I ordered dessert and when I got it the person that brought it to the table was very rude and completely ignored when I said thank you. I was on the road home from Harrison, MI, heading south and was hungry, so ordered my food at a Culver's in Mt. Pleasant, ate it in the parking lot and continued on the road. My stomach started cramping really bad within 5-10 minutes after I ate the Culver's food, so I was forced to get off the interstate to find a bathroom. Well, I couldn't wait. Thankfully it was night time, so I pulled over and had a huge cramping diahrea attack. Thankfully I was able to get my pants pulled down on time. It lasted a few minutes. I was sweating profusely. It was an obvious food poisoning.
I stopped at a Culver's in Mt. Pleasant Michigan on Monday, September 4. It was about 9:45 p.m. What do I want to accomplish. I'm not sure, but it was very very very unpleasant.

I ordered on drive through at Culver's 435, trans 1572023. I always order the butter burger which comes with everything and I asked for extra mayo, the lady asked did I want bacon? I said no bacon. When I got home it only had cheese, mayo, and ketchup. I called in talked to Manager Danny he went back and forth with me insisting that is what I ordered! Finally, I said Can I bring it back for a refund, sarcastically he replied "if your not going to eat it" When He came to the drive through he told me they repeated the order back three times and he was on the mic and heard them. I told him he insist on saying that is what I ordered, I told him he needed more customer service training, he never apologized not once!

feature burger
I went to your restaurant on Newburgh and Warren on 08/15/2017 around 9:30 PM . I went inside and decided to try your featured burger your staff was friendly, my order was taken and in a timely matter I received my order. Once I got home I started eating the burger, and after taking a big bite I looked down and realized that one of my patties were not completely cooked I had raw meat or pink meat in one of the patties. I couldn't believe someone had failed to completely cook my burger putting my health I danger. I'm not sure if someone simply made a mistake or if someone was ready to go home so they took a short cut on my sandwich.

We absolutely love Culver's and eat there quite often but lately we have had our burgers with pink in them. Tonight we brought two butter burger baskets and a kids meal home and could only eat one burger as the other two were over 1/2 pink! I ordered a lemon cooler too and it had cookie crumbs on the top. We have a gluten allergy and a nut allergy in our family and we weren't able to consume any of that.
We go to the Culver's in Appleton by Woodmans grocery store.

regarding your so-called 10 pct discount to veterans and seniors
Hi there. I'm asking you about your 10 pct discount for vets and seniors. Yesterday after my order and paid my bill and sat down I remembered abt the 10 pct discount. They usually ask if your a vet or senior. Culvers said, "We don't ask customers this anymore. They must tell us". When I asked why, they said, because seniors feel offended. That's absurd. Most seniors like me and a vet look for discounts. If you don't want to offer these discounts anymore just discontinue them. Don't expect your customers to ask because it's arrogant. I really love your food, but, I forget like many people abt asking. If you use this method of behavior to your customers "Don't ask, don't tell" to save money or because your employees feel uncomfortable asking, then why can't you just have a special coupon or notice on the door. Then nobody will feel inferior. I feel proud to be a veteran and a senior and thank the merchants that really display their recognition to us. Get bigger tips to. Looking frwd to hearing from you.
racist shift manager!
At the 71st and Georgetown Indianapolis location, I ordered the cod 2 piece dinner like I often do and this time I ended getting something called the walleyed dinner that had some slimy skin under the batter crust. I got home and tried to eat it but it was disgusting and I actually felt a tiny piece of bone go down my throat as I swallowed it. So I stop eating it and put it in the freezer to bring not only the receipt back but mostly ALL of the FOOD back with it. You would think that would be enough but...when I went back on 3/28 around 6pm, I got a rude manager who must have been in a bad mood because she proceeds she refuses to replace my order she states that her name is Teresa but when I called in and spoke with an employee I find out her REAL name is Chanell (shift manager). Im a regular and I know there is a manager there also name Twila who is professional and nice. So when I asked if she could help me instead she rolls her eyes and says "shes below me Im in charge" "Don't be tryin to talk to her cause she white you need to go".

Coupon stated Ofallon Mo. on it but the women would not honor it at that location. But yet she stated she would honor coupon on other side witch was at a different address, witch was 5.5 miles father away. This coupon stated O'fallon Mo. with no address, fraud coupon at it's best. Plus the lady was not nice about it. This a new location I was happy about until this took place.
