Texas Roadhouse - Country fried sirloin

Dear Sir or Madam,
I respectfully make a claim for dental damage. On Friday Nov. 20th at the Texas Roadhouse, Grand Junction, Colorado, I ordered Country Fried Sirloin. The steak appeared to have been deep fried with expanded breading. I cut a piece from the corner not realizing that it was very hard and grisly, so hard in fact, that when I bit into it, it broke off my front tooth. I am age 74. I am in the process of being fitted for a dental partial. The impressions were made a month ago and sent to a company that made the metal section of the partial. Last Wednesday, Nov. 17th The metal portion was fitted. The next step was to wax the metal and send back for final adjustment. Then the metal portion is fitted with the teeth. Unfortunately that all changes now, I will have to get the rest of the broken tooth extracted and the partial will have to be redone. I have waited 2 months already, the process takes 3 months. Meaning I will have to wait for an additional period of time for healing and the actual process of re making the partial. I will now also have additional issues due to the broken tooth. I Will not be able to smile openly, the tooth is in the front and their is already a gap to the right. It now looks terrible with a tooth missing right in front. The expense of the extraction and the new partial, and extra wait time are all factors to consider. The steak itself was totally unsatisfactory, after breaking my tooth I checked the rest of the steak, it was gristly throughout. It appears that a very gristly piece of meat with hard fat edges was used, becoming more hard in the cooking process. It appears that the breading was used to hide the gristle. That piece of meat should have been trashed. The price was the same as the other sirloin steaks of the same size so why not use the same sirloin steak? The Manager was very nice, the Bar Tender was concerned and helpful. They replaced the steak.
I hereby make claim for the damages described above. Please have your insurance adjuster contact me at [protected] or take whatever action is necessary to satisfy my claim
Regards, Walter Schaub

Desired outcome: Compensation of $1,500.00 for all damages
