I went into BioLife today the 4th of November for a scheduled appointment at 10:25. After waiting in both lines for a hour I was finally summoned to come and sit down. The tech set me up to donate. When it came time for the needle she completely missed the vein. I grunted in pain and told her that it really hurt. She did not apologize or check to make sure I was alright. She moved to another chair. Someone else called over the “floor head in charge”. He told me me” well it happens”. I did say I was willing to continue if someone could hit the vein. He told me to leave the floor as I was being a disturbance. The only thing he said is “I’m sorry but it happens” and then told me it was my responsibility and false accused me of being physical as well. I was never physical. I spoke my mind. He did not check on my well-being either. I called and left a message with Bio Life. I have yet to hear back either. I was hurst because of the actions of one of the employees and no one is concerned. I was then talked down to and accused to avoid the the fact that I was hurt.
Desired outcome: SAFETY, professionalism and decency in a place to go and donate
