So I’ve been an existing donor for a few years now and I just last month I haven’t been paid for the past 4 successful donations. I have contacted my donor center and the management has said they would contact me at the end of the day and no one has yet called me back. I have also made a claim on the contact us form website and no response yet. I have been stressing over this situation and it’s starting to affect my health. Today on January 5, 2025, my blood pressure was too high and I was deferred for the day. I asked for the manager and she told me that if there were two managers onsite that I would have been paid upfront since they can override the system. Idk why I haven’t heard back yet.
Claimed loss: I lost $75 on this donation and waited for 45 min after being deferred. In total I am owed for the past 4 donations of 225 plus 75.
Desired outcome: Pay me $75 dollars for todays donation and the $225 owed amount to me asap and also additional compensation for my wasted time and aggravation.

Go on public rants about the fact that they are not paying you and that they ignore your claims. Ask for immediate fix and pay for their slackness. Escalate to corporate through all channels and consider legal action if they continue dodging. Do not let them exploit your wellness and kindness.
