Regarding referrance # FM02219C
I had lunch at the Northglenn, Colorado location, on 1/21/19, at 11am, with a friend. I don't remember what the server said her name was, but she was a middle aged, tall, caucaisan woman, with short hair, and glasses. She was very short with us, when talking to us, she would cut us off when we would order our food, and would breath heavily as she waited for us to order, as if we were taking too long, she was very arguementative about what we wanted to order as well, i.e., I ordered the lobster feast(I think that's what it was called} it included, crab legs, a lobster tail, two kinds of shrimp, and a salad. I also asked for a side of fried catfish, she said, I've never heard of anyone ordering the fish that way, but I will see if it can be done. The fish, when it came out didn't look like it was cooked long enough, so I boxed it up, took it home and fried it some more. My friend ordered a couple of extra side orders, and the waitress kept telling her, your meal doesn't come with that(she/my friend knew that, but was going to pay the extra cost) long story short, she made my friend feel like she couldn't order anything additional with her all you can eat shrimp meal, so my friend didn't and was very disappointed. Our meal in general wasn't great at all, in fact, it was thee worse service, and the worse meal that I've ever received from Red Lobster, and will definatley never go back to that location. I gave the remainder of my meal to my friends dog.
