Us bank holds pending transactions until the account is low and then allows them to clear. This charges the $36 overdraft fee. Us bank is doing the same thing that chase bank did and had a multi-million dollar lawsuit brought against them. I left chase after 22 years because of this and now I see i've just joined another bank *us bank* that does the same thing. These actions are illegal and will be reported. When I call customer service, after I have listened to all my banking information, transactions, pending transactions and balances. I am forced to listen to the customer service representative repeat them all over again and if I try to speak up about already having this knowledge the person becomes rude and hostile. Demanding I be quite so she can repeat the same things i've already heard. I have been with us bank for about 5 months and am already looking for another bank. The location listed has the worst customer service. These women are rude and do not care about the service their customers receive... So why do they even have a job? I am a customer service representative, that is my job, and it is my job to help the customer... Not interrupt, demand, berate or raise my voice... My job is to listen and help. No one at this branch does anything like this. I still cannot believe this branch gets business. It's always dirty inside. I wouldn't use the bathrooms if you paid me. The only redeeming quality are the free candy I can give to my child to keep them occupied while I deal with these people. Something needs to be done about this branch. Something needs to be done about the lack of customer service.
