I went to the 18 east Granby Road Quest in Connecticut. I went in 5 minutes before my 3:00 appointment. I saw the sign in screen at the front desk. But I had a sign in on my phone as part of your system. The girl there was sarcastic and rude. She asked if I was signed in yet. I said "I am signing in on my phone. I dont think it's ready yet." she asked if my name was on the board. I saw someone named Jen. I almost walked out. I signed in using my phone.
She came out a few seconds later and called me in. I was there for testing that I was going to pay for. She asked me if I needed to fast for a cholesterol test... I asked her if she saw that I needed to fast on the paper I provided.
I left, because when someone acts like she did, it means they do not know what they are doing and have probably been frustrated all day to the point that they take their frustrations out on your customers.
I would suggest she is trained about your sign in process and other aspects. I will never visit a Quest again. Nothing will ever convince me to use your tests.
Desired outcome: Train your people before they are rude to more customers and you lose more.
