On April 14, 2021 I booked a room for that night with the understanding that I would be leaving the next day. The next day I was informed that I would need to stay a little bit longer and didnt know exactly how much longer so I would just pay each day at the front desk instead of booking online. I had the same room from Tuesday night until Friday morning and needed to stay another night. Friday April 16, 2021 @ 10:30 I went to pay for another at which time the manager told me the room I was in wasnt available anymore and would have to get another room. I told her that any room would fine, at which point she informed me that she didnt have any clean rooms at the mooment. (Her exact words were " I aint got no room clean") I said ok what would be a ggod time to come back and check-In? She then said " I da no whenever they done" and I then asked to speak to a manager. She replied with "you looken at her" and then I asked who was above her cause I didnt like her customer service.. She started yelling/screaming, then became very hostile and aggressive. I then started being worried about my saftey because she was coming around the desk toward me. She proceeded to continue to scream at me and use profanity all because I asked to speak to her supervisor. From the beginning she was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed by me asking questions. While I was exiting the lobby she then said " get the F*** out B**** an dont come the F**** back. I have been using your establishment for several years along with other colleagues/ co-workers and found out that I wasnt the only one that had a bad expiernce with the same employee. I have never had a problem with anyone at your other locations as long I have been staying there. After speaking with my boss our company has decided to no longer use your Newark, Delaware location since we fear that it is a saftey risk while she is employeed there. I would appriecate if someone could contact me about this situation and see that no other customers get treated that way.
Desired outcome: I would like to have someone contact me and assure me that no other customers have this experince or fear for there safety while being at your Newark, Delaware loction.
