I have been charged $150 for "damaged sheets". I never ate on the bed. There is a desk in the room. To charge $150 for a bedsheet is outrageous. Its a MOTEL 6. not the Hilton Hotel.
I had the flu and I just slept in the bed which I was told was a "courtesy". I never ate on the bed. WHat bed sheet costs $150. The lady at the desk could not even explain it herself.
I was never told at all I would have $150 deducted from my account without my knowledge. I received no email or phone call. I never even got any pictures of the bedsheet I had supposedly "damaged". They were cheap sheets, not made of gold.
I was never given a receipt for the stay because "the printer was out of order".
This motel 6 is a lie and charges for no reason. They need to be investigated.

Claimed loss: $150.
Desired outcome: I want my money to be refunded to me.

Thoroughly critique the dodgy charges and opaque review. Ask for verification on “damage” and the receipts broken down into individual items. Apply to your bank for revocation of payment without any evidence. Motel 6 is not beyond reproach; do not book there again.
