Horrible customer service - called in because they forgot to send out HALF my order of a 75 wing pack - all 3 sides missing all veggie sticks all dipping sauces.
Called the store - They were already aware they screwed up and admitted it was their fault - spoke to the MOD - wanted to "give me a credit for their error" on my next order - Why would I order from them again after such a screwup?
Then she wanted me to BRING THE FOOD BACK to get a refund - WTH? I ordered delivery for a reason. She wouldn't refund the check because I received some of the order. MOD supposedly called the GM and the GM refused to give a refund - when they KNEW it was their error.
I will never order from this location again - there are too many viable competitors out there to waste my time on a business where they can't even make their own mistakes right.
They need to train their managers/customer service people how to handle when they mess up.
I will also tell anyone AND everyone I know the exact same thing.
Desired outcome: refund my purchase
Wingstop - Wings by the piece
I ordered 2 sets of 15 Wings by the piece from the Altamonte Springs Cranes Roost WingStop that we go to QUITE often. We received 10 Wings instead of 15 as we paid for with our cc online. After MANY attempts to contact the restaurant they said they could not help me as I ordered 15 pieces online and they did not have the capabilities to refund 5 wings on a 15 piece order. I said that is ridiculous as I paid for 15 wings and got 10. The rude girl hung up on me. I called again (many attempts again-they do not answer the phone regularly on a Saturday night) and asked for the manager. She informed me there was nothing she could do for me and to have a nice night and hung up on me again. I called the Corporate 1 800 number for Wing Stop and filed a complaint for this terrible behavior I received from rude workers that could care less about helping me. It took me awhile to do. I have heard NOTHING from Wing stop at all and it has been 3 weeks. That is awful customer service. We will not be going back EVER, and will tell our story of rude behavior to anyone that wants a rec for wings. I feel like my business is NOT important to anyone at Wing Stop. I will be making mine at home from now on.
Desired outcome: I wanted to be refunded for the 5 wings I did not receive and were charged for.
