I never got the order and when I called to check the status the male on the phone became very hostile and combative as follow:
1. Refused to give his name
2. Began yelling and screaming if you didn’t get your order call them and they will refund your money.
3. Hung up the phone
Now I had no idea that there was a problem with the order I told him I did not understand what he meant call, call whom when I asked him who did I was supposed to call this is when he hung the phone up. Now I’m a manager of a large company and I know that is not how it should have been handled. I would like my full payment refund back to my account. You do not have to worry about any order coming from this business in the future.

The hostility and refusal to provide basic information from their staff is disgraceful. You deserve a full refund and an apology for how you were treated. Make sure you keep pushing for your money back and let them know that their behavior has cost them a customer. Your time and money are valuable, and it’s time they realize that.
