wingstop/ telephone etiquette and professionalism
I called on 5 Jan 2018 around 11:15 to place an order over the phone. I called the location at 25 NW 16th Ave in Gainesville, FL. The guy picks up the phone and says, " Its someone from the Army Reserves calling". I'm Army Active Duty and yes I work at a Reserve Center which is still irrelevant to my call. He is still not acknowledging me on the phone and is still talking to another guy in the background yelling, "Its the Army Reserve Center, someone from the Army". The guy in the background says something that I didn't understand and the guy on the phone says, " Oh ok, later Mr. President" then hangs up. I called right back and the phone rang almost ten times before someone answered and it was a female. She put me on hold almost 5 min, then another guy answers and finally takes my order...I don't care for a refund or discount, but it should be brought to the employees attention that this type of behavior is unacceptable. If paying customers decide to stop coming there, they don't have a job.

I have been to Wingstop before always enjoyed it until today I took my dad we got the boneless wings and his fries were so salty you couldn't eat them the chicken they were so small in the 4-Piece and one of my four piece chicken was a whole tender so I had three little pieces of chicken and 1 big tender which made no sense so I go up to get to go boxes because they were fried so hard that you couldn't hardly chew them so I'm going to give them to the outside cats the gentleman working the counter asked me how everything was and I just shook my head and told him not good you would think he would say what can I do to make it right he just looks at me and goes back to the back to eat and pull up his pants that were hanging below his butt cheeks so from now on I believe we are done with Wingstop
My fries were dry and when I called back the store and the employee was rude and said they can't do nothing about it and hung up
I am complaint about an order of wings
I phoned in a wing order at 12:57 pm today (12/15/2017). I specifically (3 times on the phone) that I wanted the 6 piece wing dinner, ALL flats fried hard. 3 original hot and 3 garlic Parmesan with blue cheese. She indicated that it would take at least 18 minutes. I arrived at Wing Stop about 8 to 10 minutes later. The order was already ready. She assured me it had been fried hard. When I got home and opened it up, there were 3 original hot and 3 supposedly garlic classic (which I didn't know they had.) and of course they had been regularly cooked. not fried hard at all.

I did a call in order on 11/26/2017.. I order 2 10 piece combo with all flats. I repeated my order back to the young lady on the phone... She said it would be 20mins.. I had my spouse to stop and pick the order up.Once he arrive home we notice that the order did not pertain all flats it was mixed.My spouse dive back to the location only to be treated like [censor] by a manager name LILLIAN turning her back and walking away being rude because she didn't want to redo my order. I refuse to keep giving my money to an establishment with poor customer service and rude management...
wrong order/toppings?
First they had me wait in line where there's no one in front of me and the workers kept dealing with their own food deliveries, tip counting a etc, not paying attention to taking my order. I ordered combo of 2 different flavor 6 each, however I opened the box with 3 each of the wings. she ordered me up to go and I said seasoned fries however the people working gave me sugar on my fries. I had came home to my wrong order as it was to go. I love wings too however the service was absolutely terrible and would want my money back.

I patronized the wingstop in my neighborhood regularly because I like wingstop, in general, and I'm interested in supporting neighnorhood businesses. I am an executive chef by trade. My neighborhood wingstop is store # 783. I ordered a large order of wings. I requested the wings be extra crispy with extra lemon pepper seasoning, which I paid for. I got home only to realize that the wungs were not "extra crispy", nor did they have the extra seasoning. In fact, the wings did not taste of lemon pepper at all. They were very bland. I took the wings back to show them what tgey looked like. They did offer to redo the order. What I found when I got home were wings that were fried a bit more crispy, but they had no taste of lemon pepper. A couple of months ago the wings were the best I ever had but the one employee who knew what she was doing is no longer at this location. Ive talked to other neighbors and their experience has been the same as mine. As an executive chef, I can tell you that whomever is the owner/manager is doesn't have a clue about owning a restaurant vecause if he/she did they would ensure that the product(s) they are offering to their customer is a qualury product. I can promise you that if this store does not get its act together they will not last long. Our neighborhood wingstop has the potential and could be a money maker but they are currently serving mediocre products. You get what you pay for in your employees. Unexperienced minimum wage workers are going to kill this building. Hire me and I'll make the business profitable. Or simply hire someone who is experienced. Its going to cost you money but an experienced manager/chef is a must in order for this business to thrive and survive. You have a cash cow but it's mismanaged.

You could apply for a job, but most likely they will have no interest in hiring someone who criticizes them online. Also making a business profitable requires more than just a better chef.

To whom it may concern. I'm a recent customer that love wingstop but some of my last visits were horrible. They always running out of the things that make wingstop the best, ranch, fruit punch and when I️ ask for all flat pieces of chicken I️ receive the opposite after paying for my order. Also instead of them ordering what the store needs they substitute by going to Rouses grocery store and buying the ranch there are just getting the Hawaii fruit drink that's not on the menu. The floor is always greasy and the attitudes are horrible.This store needs people who actually care about this establishment. Management needs to change and or be in full effect of this disturbance. My wings with bone all flat tasted like old used grease they were super greasy! You could feel and taste the grease I️ ended up throwing the wing away ! And I️ also had gotten 10 piece bones wings and they were super dry and all the fries were so nasty they were stale and hard to eat . I️ love wing stop but I️ am very dis appointed ..
If you still have any of the food, return it to the location of purchase along with your receipt for a replacement or refund. If you no longer have the food, the picture you took may help.
Cooking habits
I went into the Wingstop in Chula Vista on Broadway ave and I noticed the employee wasn't wearing any gloves or had a hair net. Employee had very long hair. Not very sanitary. This is not the first time I have witnessed this at this location. If I see this again on my next visit, I will report it to the city.
Also, was cooking while on the phone. Not very safe.

I went into the wing-stop in Zachary, Louisiana on 10/27/17. I asked for the bone in wings well done. The cashier said ok but when I got my food the wings were not done. I took the food back to the counter and the manager came to the front and said they only cook wings for 13 minutes normally and we'll done is 18 minutes. She said she could not fry them harder and do not give any refunds. I told her that she will give me my money back or fry them the way I want them. She said she has to call the general manager. I waited for about 30 minutes and told her I do not want any Judy give me my money back. My total was $23.xx. She only gave me $21.xx back. I told her that she owed me somemore money. She then gave me $1.00. Told her she owe me another dollar but I never got it. I told her if she need it that bad just keep it. She came to work in her slippers so I guess she did not come to work. I work in customer service and if I come to work that way and treat customers in that manner I would not have a job. Everyone in that wing stop has a nasty attitude and need to be fired. The other cashier was talking about me while I was standing there. She was dressed nasty also. Their names wet Tamara, Takisha, and I did not get the other bad attitude worker name.

I have a complaint about the actual manager of the store and the celery sticks that were not fresh. Okay her name is Nora and she's at the store from off of Little Road and I'm never seen her in there and I've been going there for two months every single day with an exception of two to three days a week I order basically the same thing every time and they know me there very well I've never seen that lady there at all whatsoever. She is the rudest person that I have ever come in contact with in that store she ran my debit card three times and I had asked her why are you having to run it 3 times is there a problem and she got an attitude and said ma'am I put that it was a Visa not a MasterCard and I said okay well I'm asking because it's my card and I don't want to be charged 3 times and she got an attitude again and said no it's not because of that. So then I asked her for a little extra ice and she got very upset about me asking for that and she overfilled it coming through the top to where I couldn't put a lid on it just to be a smart alec. She also slid my food to me and didn't hand it to me and when I got to the car my silver sticks we're Brown I've never had Brown service fix or unfresh food from that location only thing I have had that was bad from that location was the French fries were not done all the way so they look like since it is 12 noon they look like the show is fixed for from last night and when I called her to tell her about it and I also told her that she was rude and she swiped my card 3 times she argued with me and she talked over me and I have that on recording whenever y'all would like it I record every bit of my phone calls so hers is recorded and she's the rudest person that I've ever come across Danielle store I hope that one of y'all do something about it because I heard since you have franchisees that y'all don't do anything anymore about rude and bad customer service. I will not be going back to that store whatsoever ever again and in fact I probably won't be going back to Wingstop ever again even though I love the wings they are my very favorite but customer service is very imperative to me so I won't be going there so please help

If you're going to go through all the trouble decorating a theme restaurant at least keep the music period related. Nothing worse then being surrounded by ww2 aesthetics and listning to loud modern pop radio.
I would love this place but I can't stand being inside.
Keep it simple and make the right decision this business clearly needs.

bad customer service
I ordered three 10 wings on with garlic Parmesan bone in and one was lemon pepper bone in, and the last one was Hot wings bone out. so they messed up the order i called back because we live to far to come back, and the lady took down my name to correct the problem, and stated to me to come back and they would correct it. So we went back and told them what happen and they said my name wasn't in the book, and that was fine because i was eating there anyways but the manager was really rude and just walked off . Pissed me off because my family eats here at least 3 times a week.

I am complaining about my service
I called in and ask for a special. I was told they didn't have a special. So I ordered 40 wings my total came out to be $48.00. When I got to the restaurant it was a October special where you can get 20 wings for 22.00 tax included. So I ask if I could just get that special since I ordered 40 wings and the lady said she couldn't do it and was really snotty towards me. I ask for the manager and she said she was the supervisor. It really should be some one else with that position that can handle the public. And I'm very unhappy 😔

I went to store #727 in Arlington, TX 10/12/17. I spent 26.99 on family pack. The receipt says order was ready at 7:46pm. I paid for my food at 8:05. I drove all the way home, started eating the fries, the were great as normal, the jobless wings tasted very unfresh. I called the location, let the lady that answered know my problem. She placed me on hold for awhile, came back & said, "well the cook is only going to replace what you bring back" as if I'm trying to get free food or something. I said that's all I want. I hung up. about 10 minutes later I started feeling sick. I called back to ask for a manager. Same girl said he will not be in until 10/13/17 at 4pm to close. I said well I would just like the money back for the food I returned. she said she can't do that, and my food tasted like that because I came 10 minutes after my order was ready. I said I don't want any more food, and I already have to waste gas to come back. She said well that's not our problem. I ask for her name. She said I'm not giving you my name. I went back to the location. No one had on name tags, and no one would give me her name. They kept saying it's up to her to give you her name. So unprofessional. I will never eat there again. Back to Buffalo Wild wings I go.
boneless chicken wings
Tonight me & my visited Wing Stop in Columbus, GA. We ordered a 6 piece & 8 piece boneless meals. About half of our wings were extremely small & mostly made up of breading. I feel that the employees were not even paying attention to actually give a customer such small pieces in both meals. On top of that the fries were decent but lacking seasoning (which we normally enjoy very much).

Myself and a co worker came to the Bartlett Wingstop on 9/26/17 as we do on every Tuesday morning, I want to start with the store manager Quita she is awesome as I mention myself and staff come every Tuesday morning she always treat us with respect food always delicious as fact on yesterday we came before 11am and Quita was very welcoming never complained that we were there before opening, while waiting on our order to ladies owner entered the store one of the ladies were talking very loud and rude to Quita to the point my co worker went over to the table to inform the owner that wasn't professional and she need to handle the situation better, in private. The owner never apologized for her actions she just stated "OH Well We Tried to get Quita to come to the corporate office. To me that was just a slap in the face. For her to be in business for long period of time conduct herself and represent her company the way she did is just ironic. As we were discouraged with her response we over heard her telling Quita she don't want her in her store anymore you can her Quita asking her why/what did I do and the owner couldn't explained. After this aftermath myself and staff will never give Wingstop any business
poor management, customer service
Placed online order on 9/26/2017. Order was for 10-original hot classic, 10-hawaii classic, 10-teriyaki classic. Picked up my order at 7:19 pm. Open my order at home, found 30 boneless wings. With the flavors I ordered. Called store number 1248. Talked to Jasmin, asked her, just to make sure I didn't order wrong. If classic means original wing with bone. She advised yes. I advised her that they got my right flavors, but wrong wings. She asked her manager, by the name of Marian Ortiz. Jasmin requested the name on order. She then advised that her manager said she made the order herself, therefore it has to be correct. I was not too upset about wrong order, untill Mrs. Ortiz, made that comment. Then I asked Mrs. Jasmin, if I could speak to Mrs. Ortiz. She got on the phone with a rude attitude. I then asked her if it was her that made my order. She advised yes. I then asked her about her comment, and she said yes she made that comment. I asked to speak with higher management. She advised that store manager will not be in untill Thursday afternoon. Then she advised that I can go back to the store to get correct order. I also hold a management position at my place of work. And Mrs. Ortiz show's poor management skills, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is who you have representing your store, I suggest she takes better customer service courses. We have purchased wings from this store since they opened. We will no longer be going back due the attitude of Mrs. Ortiz. I know I'm just one customer. And me not going to this store will not affect their revenue. But they have lost a customer.

I vistited one of your restaurants today. I have to say it was the worst customer service I have ever had. First your cashier didn't even say hello. All that was said by her was in a very nasty way " did you call in an order" I stated no I need to order. She came from behind the counter and started wiping off stuff. Another customer came in and she said the same thing. The other customer stated she tried but, need to order. The customer service rep just looked at her and continued to wipe the counters. So I looked at her and she just kept wiping. The other customer asked her if she was taking orders and she looked at her and stated yes. Than she kept wiping the counters. I looked at my friend that was with me and told her that we should just leave. I ended up ordering. The customer service person was still very nasty and rude. You have people there with their pants literally sagging down below their butt. Again I say that this was my first and probably last time ever visiting you establishment. Just rude rude customer service. The customer service rep name was Alana and it was at store #648
