Wingstop my order

This is my 3rd attempt to get a hold of anyone that works at, Wingstop. I even went to your website and made a complain, but yet no response at all. Bad Customer Service.
Well as I, Maria Jeronimo stated on previous complaints. I had a really bad dishearting from wingstop on my kids bday order that i made over the phone which was the family pack 50 Piece Family Pack:
Special Instructions for Classic Wings..etc, but when i picked up and seen my order back home was a est.. 15 or 20 meal of a bbq pack that i did not order! When i called to complain all they did was put me on hold without asking me or greeting me!.

Wingstop bad management

We were eating at wing stop alamo, tx the fountain drink machine stoped working the manager gave some bottle drinks to other customer and as I go ask for mine she tell me i am not getting one because i was almost done eating and that i had too many children with me which I paid for everyones drink we also deserve our drink me and my kids love wingstop but this really made me very upset.. we were eating original hot and its not fair we didnt finish eating because we didnt have drinks

Wingstop i'm complaining about bad phone call service.

I called the Irving Blvd location and they put me on hold for 5mins then I called again and they put me on hold for 10 mins or longer. So I thought it was busy so I drove over there and they're not busy at all two workers just standing on front of the counter. I told them I called twice and you guys put me on hold twice and didn't even pick up the phone. I was very annoyed that I had to drive over there and wait 20mins for my order to be completed!

Wingstop service and employees

The wing stop is Located in Los Angeles, CA ( Vermont and 83rd St 90044)

One of the worst customer service I have ever experience.
Went to this wing stop for the first time few months ago, as I was waiting for the food I witness one of the employees wearing 'SANDALES', which is against the safety regulations. Looked by pass that. The restaurant has FLIES wondering around like nothing and is not clean what so ever they do not stock up napkins and the over the counter utilizes the floors and tables are dirty. You must have to tell them please clean in order for anything to get replace or clean...

I called in yesterday 11/13/2016. Around 3: 40 pm. Was on hold for approximately 15 minutes, I hung up and called again and the worker " Maria' OR" Mayra"
said, " Wait I'm with a customer" and placed me on hold once again.. I've been to many Wingstops through the years and for a fact there should be more than one employee at the counter or at least some back up assistant. I called again and ask to speak with the Manager, and she was very rude once I complain about the waiting period and didn't take my order, and wanted to place me on hold once again. I asked for her name the Managers name and she said she couldn't disclose of it. Which is B.S !

The whole point of my complaint is that there are employees that should be taken in consideration with there demeanor towards customers. I understand there are times were restaurants are full and they are occupied but ATTIUTUDE by both ladies wasn't necessary at all. I suggest that the complaint should be taken in consideration and for some one to go and take a look at this place thoroughly. I'm sure there are many other people that can vow about this restaurant quality of service and cleanness..

Wingstop Customer service

Horrible customer service, extremely long wait times, employees wearing headphones, laughing, standing and play around. Order had to be placed 3 different times. No apology. Rats running around outside on the parking lot . Unskilled and untrained employees. Sad sad place. It should be shut down asap.

Wingstop Treatment of employees by management!

I have stopped by this small restaurant several times but I'm done. I never seen such reverse discrimination from Mexican owners towards American employees things like talking Spanish in front of the American employee and laughing at her or making the American employee do things while the Spanish employees stand around and do nothing. I've watch the manager, Hector, yell at the American employees and then go laugh and talk Spanish and pointing his finger at the American girl with the Spanish workers all in front of customers. The fact that these wet backs come to our country and treat we Americans like crap is not going to happen here and not by these low life people. Avoid this place at all cost and if you care about Your country.

If you're looking for a quick, delicious meal that tastes like bar food, this is your place. I placed a to-go order of boneless wings with two sauces, garlic parmesan and traditional buffalo and I was happy with both. To be healthier, I got the side of veggies with dip and it was a good-sized portion. No complaints.

Wingstop restaurant environment stinks

5142 Rufe Snow Drive Ste 119, North Richland Hills, TX 76180 (the form would not allow me to pick the proper location, validation error in Chrome, Safari & Firefox)

This is an informative message. My wings tasted great and the employees are as nice as they can be to me as a customer. My comment is that the last 5 times I've gone to pick up my wings, dining room busy or slow, the air is so thick of grease it's hard to stand in line and wait to pay. Either the ventilator is not efficient enough or broken. My clothes stink as if I need to change clothes after leaving the facility. I only want to maintain a loyal customer so I'm writing to let corporate know that whomever is in charge of the kitchen needs to address the ventilation. All things considered, fry grease etc, the dining area should not be filled with grease smoke.

I would like their is a 1.00 difference between the Wingstop in store #092 and store #209 for the same item...I have been going to these 2 stores for almost a year and its about time I file a complaint...The store on 21317 NW 2nd Ave...Has the 10 wing combo for $10.49...And the stotre on 6611 Taft street has the same item for $11.49...I have the 2 receit...

I ordered online 45min before closing. Was told it would be ready in 15 to 20min.. I get there & was told by an employee that they stop serving food at 11pm. But your sign & location states "open till 12". I first asked why didn't anyone contact me before i arrived. The young boy who answered said "i forgot". I always order food from there around that time...

Wingstop terrible customer service

I was in one of your stores (#42 12100 Veterans Memorial Dr. Houston Tx 77067) 12/28/12 at around 11:25p after calling in the order. The cashier Jose realized someone forgot to put my fries in the bag. He asked where were the fries and a young Hispanic girl walked over to the counter where they fix the orders and went to put the fries in the bag. At first I was going to go ahead and accept the fries but I asked to let me see if the fries were cold. The young lady kept acting like she didn't hear me as she laughed and continued to put them in the bag. She picked up the fries but she dropped some on the counter but continued to scoop the fries off the counter and put them in the bag. By this time I was very upset the young lady continued to laugh and walked over to the counter and let me feel the fries and they were cold. I didn't even want the food anymore and when asked what was the young lady name so I could make a report none of the workers gave me her name on top of that the cashier Jose was trying to block my view so I wouldn't see the young lady bag my food up. I asked what was the store number and the managers name. Again everyone who was in the store supposed to be working wouldn't provide information. I had to walk out the store and look on the door to get some information. I asked for my money back and the guy Jose started asking me what was my problem after telling him my fries were left on the counter and cold and the young lady tried putting fries that had fell on the counter in my bag he stated he didn't see what my problem was. He continued talking out loud in front of me and another customer about how I was complaining for nothing. Then he started directly telling me he didn't care if I made a report because he was leaving the job in 2 weeks anyway. He stated I will give you my name I don't care because you are stupid. I told the young man several times to stop talking to me. The young lady that came from the back refused to give me the young lady name she stated just make a report using my name which is Maria Arellano. How silly is that and on top of all that know one said I APOLOGIZE or I’m SORRY. There was no one in the store with a name tag that stated manager or supervisor. The workers were young basically no adult that I could speak to. I have never experienced terrible customer service like this in 34 years. I hope and pray you will have a meeting with the owner of this particular location

I ordered 1 32 oz soda, 2 ranch, 1 large fries, 1 20 mix Cajun, 1 10 mix lemon pepper, and 5 atomic wings, bone in. I have picture of receipt and picture of my food laid out. I call in and ask for credit and manager says they annot because she doesn't believes and insists that she did put them in. Horrible customer service and I'm out of the pocket seven...

Messed up my order and did not do anything to fix it. The franchise owner acts as though they don't make mistakes. Refused to do a refund. And the owner proceeded to give me a lecture on customer service when it is clear he doesn't know the meaning. He told me there is nothing I could do about it.

When I called, I specifically ordered the 5 wing strip combo that was shown on the Wingstop online menu for my particular location. The girl named Karri who took my order didn't even bother to tell me, they didn't have that combo, when clearly it's on their website. Wingstop Poor quality of fries

We like wing stop products a lot but we usually dine towards the spring, houston area. We love the chciken meals especially the fresh, crispy fries however, we did a to go order in the huntsville branch with address provided above. It was feb. 5, around 7:00 pm that the order was made. We were very much disappointed with the soggy, burnt fries in the bag when we opened our to go package at home. We live like 2 miles away from the huntsville branch and the fries was awful. That hunstville branch did not give justice to wingstop. You might want to send a representative to spot check their food handling at that specific time of the day. Perhaps, they just preheat the fries, trying to sell left overs for the day.
