Whoever owns this franchise should not be in the restaurant business. It is evident to me that they have no concept of what CLEAN 'fast food' is designed to be. At a bare minimum they should be required to go through a stringent retraining process and corporate monitoring. The exterior of the drive-in window looks like a cow slung poop all over it, GROSS, [photo provided upon request] but this is not my major complaint.
My complaint is two fold. [1] I waited in line for a full 45 minutes before getting to the drive-in window. When I ordered [Ticket #1550] the guy taking the order had difficulty understanding even when I asked for an L1 & K1. [2] On top of this there was a long hair in my food. YUCK. Is this an example of what LJS standards are?
Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and if this is what LJS is putting out to be acceptable service and quality I will not visit any LJS location in the future. I noticed that four (4) vehicles pulled out of line and went across the street to Wendy's. Not good business. I would have also but was trapped in the line with no way to exit except going past the window.
