CiCi's Pizza - a scam

We purchased 4 time cards and nobody said anything about them not collecting tickets so we play multiple games and we thought we had won thousands of tickets but we go to the counter and they say we have none, we later found out that they do not collect anything, we were furious and still are, we will never buy a time ticket again and we are debating whether or not to ever go there again.
