CiCi's Pizza

On 9/06/23 I went online and ordered two medium pizzas, one with pepperono and pineapple with alfredo sauce, All that was on it was this huge slab of sauce and some pineapples, The other pizza was suppose to be pepperoni and mushroom, it had sauce, and some mushrooms, I told the girl on the phone who can eat that, really, one is a slab of sauce white alfredo sauce, no cheese no nothing, And the other some mushrooms, looks like no sauce, and no cheese. I had to throw both out, I took pictures, Idont know how to get them on my computer. Please refund my money, I have cancer and I have had a feeding tube and my first meal was yesterday and I had to throw btoh pizza's in the trashcan. The girl on the phone at Cici's was so rude we had to hang up, she was talking to us so bad, I was in shock that Cici's would allow her mouth to be so dirty, she sounded very young and didnt care. She was very angry over something, you will have to ask her, but I am asking you to please remake the pizzas or refund my money, I always went there alot with my children, so do the right thing for us.

I ordered brownies and they were completely raw and barely had any powdered sugar on them. The grease soaked the entire bottom of the box too. My pizza was gooey and nasty too. Whoever girl was on the phone taking my order was horribly rude and wasn't trying to help me at all when asking about substitutes and such. I order from this cicis a lot and i've had a couple issues here and there but giving me raw brownies? I ordered multiple items equaling about $40 so pretty crap service for that.
