When (National Exemption Service LLC ) took over at Springfield Meadows in Springfield, Ohio 45502 Our water bill was 3 times the price and claims we used the max 5000 gallons. We then got the Man who takes care of things in the Park to check our meter, in which he said there was no leaks because meter would be running numbers. Mom & I live together in a DLB Wide.We are EXTREMELY careful about the water issue in this Park. We do not use a dish washer never did, we don't drink the water, we buy it from Aqua Falls. 1 load of Laundry every week & a half. Shower, 2 people ea. twice a week, and this is because we watch the water, flush toilets in the day time, even that is controlled. Wash dishes by hand, and have a dish pan in the sink for rinsing. WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE WATER GOING! HOW IS THIS JUSTIFIED! We do not use even 1500 gallon, if even close to that. This needs to be INVESTIGATED! They do not send a person to read our meters in this Park, it is done by SATELLITE, So do they have the correct address? No, I BELIEVE THIS IS A HUGE SCAM and our money is being stolen from us. What more funny is my brother who lived down from us moved, 4 months ago and his bills are about 25.00 a month. No one there in an empty mobile home, sat 4 month before it was sold.Believe me I warned the 2 people living there, to watch their water usage. My next move will be to contact the BBB. Also what is strange the bill goes back 2 months-Nov 20 to Dec. 20. due February 2nd, Today is January 24th, 2020.WHAT IS UP WITH THAT! ? So we are having to take our water bill to the Office at Springfield Meadows and pay it there. Why is that, when we were sending it to them in Florida.Nothings makes any sense, knowing we never used all that water and collecting info from a Satellite is questionable, per each mobile home close together. The neighbor next door uses way more water than we do and his bill is about 1/2 that much.We realize prices go up, but this is insane and dishonest to all the people who live in a family Park. I have heard other horrors of 100's of dollars being charge from this company. We are moving and have taken our things to a new place where the water will be only 20.00 a month.Staying in an almost empty house, washer gone, but still didn't have to do hardly any laundry when we did have it here.House hopefully will be sold next week. But then we'll be paying for 2 more month that they went back on, when they took over the water here. Someone is making money off hard working people in a dishonest manner.SHAME ON YOU! How odd not to have a WEB SITE-NES is on the Bill, no website
