The employees and management at this store are in incompetent & liars. They will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract, then when you find out you have been duped, their manager’s response: “You have to understand that we are just an authorized reseller, and we can’t do anything”. Maybe if they greeted me at the door with “we’re an authorized reseller and you can’t believe anything we are going to tell you. We just want to get you to sign and will say anything to make that happen.”
The plan they provided is 2x what I was told. The $300 trade in I was promised for my old phone was another lie. Bait & Switch frauds.
I’ve never been exposed to such double talking nonsense and BS, as with AVOID. Go to a corporate store.
Desired outcome: i want the plan & terms promised.
