I purchased a 36 month usable vacation package 2018. The beginning of the Covid crisis; May/June 2020 I called/emailed several times for info on my package - of what to expect moving forward, no responses.
Dec 12 - Dec 18th I simply began calling & emailing company the exact dates requesting to travel..
As of Dec 21, 10 days later no response
