So I placed an order with this company on Monday 3/23 as of 3/25 the order status said pending. so I email them and asked if they were open because of all the issues with the Corona virus. I was not sure if they were operating I will copy the rude email received.

Your order is from 9:05 pm on 3/23, Monday of THIS WEEK. It was entered into our processing queue yesterday, 3/24. It baffles us how you could actually expect the order to be ready to ship in one day most of all due to the conditions under which all businesses are currently operating.
Obivously, Ms. Acosta, you have not paid attention to the information on our website. For many days now our Tunaround Time which is always posted on our Home page reads:
Processing Time: Minimum 4-5 bus. days for non-bulk orders to ship
Our website, madame, doesn't say we're closed because we're not closed.
We do not cancel orders. You were informed of this policy on our last checkout page, you agreed to those terms and you proceeded to submit the order.
Your order will ship when it's ready to ship. By the way, your order number is 315671, not the number you provided.
