Whataburger - Staff place dirty ketchup packet in my bag

I asked the cashier not to place the ketchup in my bag because of the potential the exterior of the ketchup packets may have been contaminated by falling on the floor or some other way. I asked the young lady to put the two ketchup packets in my hand which she did. Due to the fact that, I patronize this particular Whataburger restaurant frequently;she put two packets of ketchup in my bag which she knew I would check and had two of her young coworkers watch and begin laughing when I displayed my displeasure with the possible contaminated packets being place in my sons bag of food.

When I blew the horn to get their attention the laughter stop and the three of them wondered off which I began knocking on the drive through window. A different staff member arrived and I explained to the individual what transpired between myself and the three workers concerning my sons possible food contamination. I noticed what I assumed the staff member discussing with the three individuals involved about what happened. One of the young workers involved stated I threw the ketchup at the window (check the camera) which is a good indication of what type of people this establishment hire after the incident with the ketchup being placed in my sons bag.

Soon after my son threw up the food.I have documented everything and I have pictures. And I am contacting my attorney. By the way, I am an electrical engineer and I own an electrical contracting corporation in the same town this Whataburger is located. Also, I kept some of the burger my son did not eat. And I have photos for my attorney.

I shall see you in court.

Desired outcome: Fire those three individuals
