Waffle House - Manager name Heather, Time 4:22 Oct 30 Check 23208

Mondy, my friend, and I stopped at your Waffle House after being at Shans hospital all day for apt's. No one was there but us at the time. This was around 4:00 pm. As we entered the building the sun was shining through the front window. We wanted to sit in the back of the restaurant where we would not be in the sun and was told we could not due to the tables being wet. No place mats on the table not even paper ones. No big deal. I expressed the fact I didn't want to be sitting in the sun. The waitress gave me a very unconserned look. My friend suggested we sit at the bar so no fuss was made. We love eating at Waffle House. After setting down and ordering the waitress took our order and proceed to go sweep and clean the bathroom. She left a pile of trash in the middle of the floor to walk through to get to the bathroom. Another couple came in and requested to set in the back boot where no one was at the time and was refused because she was cleaning. They sat at the high bar. Then another couple came in and requested a booth in back where they were refused as well. They left! There was no reason why they should have been told they couldn't sit there. After eating my friend needed to go the the bathroom and was refused entrance to the bathroom. Waitress said floor was wet. My friend said she needed to go to the bath room and the waitress stepped toward her blocking her way pasted as to physically stop her from going to the bathroom. The cook told her to step around the waitress and go ahead it was about to get heated. I stood up and told her she was being rud we were paying customers and had every right to go to the bathroom. The floor was not wet. The man cooking told her to go ahead and I asked to speak to the manager Heather. She apoliged for the waitresses behaver, said she would talk to her. The manager handled her end very well. She just didn't come as soon as she was called. It took her about 5 or 10 min to get out in front where she have come as soon as she heard what was going on. I asked for coprerates phone number. This young waitress will cost you money in the long run and was very rude to your customers. She should be fired because if she had touched my friend it would be a different outcome today. We spent spent 27.00 dollars but it wouldn't have mattered if we had spent 2.70 cents word of mouth travels far. Have you read your review lately? Our visit is on film at the resturant. I am sure this is a waste of time.

Claimed loss: Two less customer

Desired outcome: Waitress should be fired.
