This racetrac is the most convenient to my home and I have used it regularly since it opened, however it has stopped providing receipts at the pump and I have to go inside and wait in line to obtain one. Today the clerk confirmed that station management had made the decision to eliminate receipts. Not very good customer service! Not only does it waste time for customers buying gas, but the pumps are blocked while you go inside for a receipt. On several occasions i've witnessed patrons waiting for a pump until someone returns from inside the store. I believe the strategy of store management is to force people into the store in hopes they will buy something other than gas. For me what it has done is force me to look for another station to buy gas! I would like to see the pumps maintained with paper so I and others can use it as intended.
