Bought a lotto ticket at a racetrac can’t remember which one. It was a $20 ticket. I went to a different racetrack to redeem it and they stated once it wasn’t scanned at the other racetrac we can’t help you. Really rude about it too. I explained that’s not my fault. I can’t help someone didn’t do their job at a different racetrac but they represent racetrac ao now I’m being affected because your company can’t take care of the issue. And having to go thru this process itself is time out of my day that I can’t get back.
Claimed loss: $20
Desired outcome: Since I can’t redeem the ticket id like to be paid the $20 back.
