Don't ever buy from puppy spot: read my story. I am so unsatisfied with your kindness to animals will never EVER purchase an animal from your puppy mill again. I am in love with my little one and it's not her fault that she was bread Andy sold by such a disgusting company but the poor girl had a mass that could have likely turned to a cancerous tumor therefore I had it removed and with puppy spot health guarantee was hoping I would be reimbursed the $1020.00 but they have no real feelings for animals and denied me saying the mass was okay to stay under her skin. Anyone who has feelings for animals would never deny this claim especially that I already have a dog who has cancer due to a mass found too late and now is dying slowly. These people have no heart they are just in it for the money. Let me tell you a fact whiting here as well, puppy spot pays their breeders only $800 and turns around and sells the animals for $3, 000-5, 000 and maybe more. Just beware of these fraudulent fools that have no heart when it actually comes to their wellness.
PuppySpot Group - puppy purchase
I contacted PuppySpot concerning purchase of a English Golden. Someone contacted me and he could had a difficult time speaking English language. I asked questions relative to the specific puppy I was interested in and he had no information pertinent to my questions. I asked him to give me specific information on the breeder, championship bloodlines and location of the breeder. He said that he had no information (as best I could understand him). I requested that he have the breeder contact me and he agreed. Never heard back from anyone. It appears to me that this organization is not interested in the puppies or their well being. I cannot justify paying $2, 600 for a puppy without knowing exact details, bloodlines and breeder information. I now believe it is much better to work directly with the breeder and bypass an organization like PuppySpot.
PuppySpot Group - puppy
I got my first puppy thru purebred puppies. They received numerous complaints about puppy mills and came back as puppy spot. I had to cancel a puppy reserve twice due to surgery and the second time because my husband wasn't ready. Both valid reasons. Even though I had previously purchased two puppies, I was denied the ability to purchase another puppy. I was told by a puppy spot employee, curtis that I was not going to be allowed to purchase a puppy and I would never be allowed to purchase a puppy through puppy spot again because I had made too many cancellations. I would think a cancellation would be better than taking a pup I couldn't care for, but evidently that is not the case. I was told numerous times that I would get a callback from a manager but that never happened. Curtis on;y reprimanded me for calling back because I cared about what was going on. He hung up on me and blocked me from calling to speak to a manager. Very sad. Very poor customer service, very poor communication skills, very poor company. Overpriced puppies from a bunch of uppity idiots that think they are all that. I would tell anyone to stay away from this overpriced scam online puppymill.
