On the morning on June 27th 2019. I went into the Racetrac store 102 and paid $15.00 on pump 11. I attempted to pump the gas but nothing happened. I looked around and realized I was at pump 9. So I immediately went back in and told the representative that I was on pump 9 instead. I attempted again and nothing happened. As I was headed back in the representitive came out and informed me that the gas was pumped on pump 11 already. She escorted me in to another rep whom I assumed was a manager. She then stated that since it wasn't their mistake it was nothing they could do. I explained to her that I needed gas to get to work. She just insisted that the gas was pumped already. I insisted it was a mistake. She told me to call the police. I had no time to wait on a police. So I stated agin that I didn't care who was wrong I paid $15.00 and I needed gas. I was ignored as I stood there she continued to take customers never saying another word to me. So I left the store without gas that I paid for and not even respectable customer service. Not even an apology to me. But a cold not our fault statement. I'm one individual not a corporation. After work I went back to the store to get her name. I only got her first name. Nita, no employee knew her last name. I also learned she was a store manger; whom I'm sure has some authority to override a cash register and at least give some amount of complementary gas. Even if it was half of what I paid or the full amount. I'm certainly she had the power to do so. So I left there feeling disrespected as a customer and sort of humiliated because not even an ounce of empathy was given to me.
