Good evening this happened at a Circle K in Jacksonvile, fl 1001 lane ave north Sunday 6, 2021 at 633pm (clerk Gerdean)B/f. was on duty i entered the store to use the restroom it was block off No Customers were Not able to use the restroom this clerk has a Nasty, Nasty attuide towards customers talking to them in a rude loud voice not professional non at all I am really upset today because she doesnt know how to handle the public customers while in your store it putting a stain on the company i feel really unsatisifed with her attitude while in the store please get the area manger to discuss her attitude on how to treat customer with respect while she is at work..Mr.K.Lamb cell 904.437.0210 i will waiting for a call from a higher authority of the company thank you. (This has happen several times while she work for Circle K property, please handle this quick before a problem happen thank you.)
Desired outcome: Train employee on how to be respectful to Customers or leave the job!
