My acct # 2065563; this product was ordered off tv commercial..No mention of restricted installment plan...I ordered this for my daughter for christmas, she didn't want it so i attempted to return it...On the packing slip not dated, states you can't return without a return authorization #...Can't get through to the company by phone...They have called me at least 20 times since the first of january 2016...I have received several emails and replied to each and every one of them trying to get return authorization, product has never been opened...Just want to return it
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I also ordered off tv with nothing said during a 30 min conversation of trying to send you everything in the world to go with the trial. Never one word said about restocking fees and the 30 day free trial at home is a joke. They end up saying you get 30 days from date of ORDER. It takes 2 weeks or more to get it and then when you contact them within the 30 days after you receive it they tell you that it is not eligible for return. You never get 30 days in home trial. The company is so low down that I notified them well within my so called free trial that I had an accident and unexpected health problems due to it and would have to return. I was instructed to call a number to get an RA# for return. I called that number 3 times to get a # but stayed on hold for 15 or more minutes each time. I was not physically able to use computer at time due to injuries. Before I could get a # and get returned (which they also don't tell you that YOU have to PAY to send unit back during your order) more complications set in and I had to be hospitalized immediately and required 2 major surgeries from the date I e-mail to give notice I had to return 11/30 and when I e-mailed asking for help due to my situation on about 12/20 they informed me I was given instructions about returns on my first e-mail. No reference to the fact I told them about my accident and the entire situation. Never even acknowledged accident and what happened. Very blunt and cold with no concerns or help for human tragedy. They just lie when they say they believe in full disclosure because you are not told of any of the true time frames, being required to pay for return or charging restocking fees. They lead you to believe the unit is free and you purchase makeup but then charge you high dollars. Sure have no compassion for sickness or tragedy. Don't get caught in their trap.
