When you have worked in the field of customer service, there are times when you can't resist giving feedback when you visit a place often and you see an employee who needs improvement. I visit store #886 quite often, and today was the last straw because one bad apple should spoil the customer service received by others. Today I visited on 03.18/21 at 8:48am 513412. The rep charged me for 1 pan cake and sausage and 1 sprite. Now this is the 3rd time I had this issue out of this representative. Because of my previous experience where I ordered pancakes, I didn't receive any condiments one time, the second time I received butter and jelly no syrup. I was furious because I didn't find out until I got home. I don't eat pancakes with Jelly. Today, I received my order and I didn't get my drink. When I asked for an extra syrup. She replied there is one in the bad. If I'm asking for a second one then you know I have acknowledged that you gave me one. Then I mentioned her giving me Jelly because I remembered her face from the last time. I showed it to her and she said that's butter. Instead of giving me what I asked for, or even responding if he were limited. I have been there several times, and the other representatives automatically gave me 2 containers of syrup. I didn't have to ask. They also gave me my drink first. This representative should not be working the window. I definitely won't be going back to that location. I was charged $6.00 and I didn't even without a customer or a drink with a small. I will add the photos shortly after I free some space up on my phone.
