The front office representative, Raquel, has on numerous occasions attempted to charge me for a pet fee, when I have already provided management with my service dogs certification, stating that she is indeed a service dog, and by federal law, NO additional pet fees should be charged! I have already paid $280 in pet fees to this establishment, when in reality, should never have been charged at all due to my dog's service dog status. The general manager, Rosco, refuses to process a refund for the pet fees from which I paid. He simply stated that his "team" needed to have more training on the subject.
