On Dec. 12, 2012, I wrote an email to this adult care company that after 2-1/2 years of using their service I would no longer need the ladies who were attending my mother as she was going into assisted living. This is January24, 2013 and I have yet to receive the refund for the deposit I gave to this Comfort Keepers office when signing up. I have made four follow up calls getting the usual message from the person on the phone that they will pass along a message to them. So far I have had NO return call at all. I have given this organization leeway and been very courteous in all my messages to them and now am hoping to get some results by writing complaints and other comments in regard to this one particular Comfort Keepers office.

IIm in Grand Forks, N.D. and they owe me 350.00 dollars since January 2013 as well... I know there owned by private people, but if u owe them they will not wait a month even. They R the worst company and treat disabled so poorly I was forced to turn them into Bismarck and Im still waiting to c if they will b shut down with the 7 complaints I reported..
