AMC Theatres

7/4/23 I attended the movie Sound of Freedom at 5pm in theater 14. When I sat down the lady next to me said she purchased her ticket on line and no one greeted her at the front to take her ticket , she said no one is working here, and since she paid she sat down to watch the movie. The movie started and no one dimmed the lights, so the man to my left got up and told management to dim the lights. When the movie was over no one turned on the lights so we could see to leave the theater, and it was very dangerous only small lights near the steps. I go to the womens bathroom and two of the stalls are locked and there is a line and other stalls have no toilet paper, only the handicap stall had it. I asked to speak to the manager, then this young black man full of excuses says the lights are on a timer and if movie starts early it effects when they turn on and off and two stalls in bathroom locked are broken.

7/1/2023 my husband and I went to see Indiana Jones at the AMC theater in Viera, Florida at the avenues town center. When we were leaving, there was a man of Asian decent carrying a camera and a camera metal rod holder. It looked as though they were bootleggers videoing the Indiana Jones movie. The Asian man gave a clerk behind the counter the hand held rod. I don’t know their name since no one had a name tag. I believe this needs to be taken care of because I see this as stealing. I think it should be investigated.
