AMC Theatres review: Ticket taker

We go to the AMC theatre in Homestead Pa (Waterfront) frequently. Overall, there are a number of issues such as the seats, the rest rooms and the cleanliness. We go because of its convenient location. That said the main reason for this complaint is an African American older woman with a chip on her shoulder. She repeatedly is rude to us if not in her dismissive and at times abrasive body language but in her tone and the way she talks. Sadly, she may not know any better which isn't our problem. She either needs to be trained to do better or let go of. We don't wish our movie experience to be tainted by her rude behavior. Thanks.
