I paid for a technician to come to my house to connect my Sono Arc Bar to my surround sound. I made an appointment for today 11/03/23, NO one showed up. No one called or emailed. All my information is on file. I had to call and got a new appointment. My problem is I need this done today 11/03/23 Friday. I had to pay first. If I already paid, this is when they should come. I received NO phone call or email to notify me. They just did not show up. I had to call to find out that they were not coming. I am the customer. I paid for a technician to come over for this service. I need for them to keep this appointment. Today 11/03/23 there should not be any excuse for them not to keep the scheduled appointment. I will be waiting for a response or phone call #321/327/2556. You also have my email. But just in case it's [protected]@gmail.com. I need this resolved immediately. I've been a customer with Best Buy for many, many years. Always on time with my payments. Marina Quinones please contact me as soon as possible.
