Soy Padilla Jessica Veronica, una huesped habitual del hotel.
La ultima vez que visitamos su cadena fue en el 2021:
El dia 24 de julio recibi un pago en mi tarjeta de credito American Express con debit en Instacart por 99,00 USD. Luego de llamar imediatamente AMEX, y bloquear la tarjeta, me informaron del Security office de AMEX que el delivery fue entragado en 4333 Collins avenue Miami Beach justamente en Holiday Inn.
Logicamente Amex trato el pago como fraude y han iniciado el proceso de return del pagamento. Le escribo porque non logri capacitarme come pudo suceder una cosa talmente grave en una cadena como la de Holiday Inn sobretodo cuando cada ano somo huespedes de ustedes.
Queda en espera de una cordial respuesta y verifiquero mi posicion a nivel legal.
