good morning I leave in a condominium 14921 sw 104 street miami flo, 33196 the association whant to put a special assesment of 147.00 per month plus the 170.00 I ready pay every month they whant to increase the montly payment to 200.00 plus 147.00 of the special assesment are 347.00 per month, the homeowners request copy of the financial statements for 2012 and 2013, copy of roof contract and the boar of directors and the associaotion do not provide this information, in the meeting dont let the home owners talk and the people do not speack english cant talk and are hpme owners, please we need your help in this problem I cant pay this money is to much per month 347.00 and the roof is not finish and they sead the insurance do not cover the roof, the homeowners ask for copy of the insurance policy and dont provide anithyng .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
