We (my grandchild, friend &myself)we’re left stranded in a mob of angry & violent passengers by your cruise line on 6/25/2023. The treatment we received was less then human. We were pushed, screamed at & left without any assistance from your cruise line for more then 8 hours. The staff was totally unprepared for the situation. Carnival further insulted us by giving us $20 for our inconvenience.
Desired outcome: Proration of (1) full day of 7 day trip per person as we lost that 1st day of cruise. Apologize for poor service during waiting time
I don’t agree with your decision to blame everyone the incident that cause our scheduled cruise boarding delayed. Carnival Cruise Line simply failed to provide us service with dignity. We stood outside the boarding area for over 8 hours & received no further communication from Carnival. Because of the lack of communication on Carnivals part we were afraid to leave whereas we’d lose our position in a totally unorganized boarding situation. Staff representing your cruise line cherry picked who was allowed to get out of the heat or away from the growing hostile mob. I’m sad to say it appeared the selected group wasn’t of minority groups. If my 10 yr old granddaughter could recognize this, it was very apparent. Yet again No Communication from Carnival regarding how we were to proceed. I believe that we should be refunded a prorated portion of our cruise because Carnival made an unforeseen situation into An Extremely Fearful situation had we received further instructions how to proceed after Carnival was aware that boarding wasn’t happening as anticipated. Here I am a 66 yr old female with another 66 yr old adult &. a 10yr old child. I’m not asking Carnival for any special treatment I’m requesting that out of repeat for those of us that wasn’t privileged to be protected from the heat & growing angry mob confusion due to lack of no communication Ok you credited our accounts $20 a person……..That was a slap in the face & disrespectful to some.
IVE REQUESTED THAT MY COMPLAINT BE SUBMITTED TO SOMEONE HIGHER IN AUTHORITY AN RESPONSE WOULD BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO
Thank you for your response however I don’t agree with your statement “that you did the best you could”.
I’m now requesting that my station complaint be chained to someone higher in authority than yourself as you are not addressing the real issue. My 10 yr old grandchild was absolutely terrified of her grandmother being hurt as well as herself. Carnival Cruise Line could have done much better & should have done better. We were instructed to come @ a certain time & we did. After your last contact @ approx 1 p.m. we were left with no further contact. Carnival Cruise Line can do better & should do better by refunding protracted day as we lost the true experience of our trip
PLEASE CHAIN MY REQUEST TO YOUR SUPERIOR….., everyone has someone higher in authority
Thank you

Carnival Cruise Lines - Terrible photo experience
I went on Panama Canal cruise out of Galveston from 0ct 22 to Nov 5 and the photo experience was Terrible.
This is only my 2nd cruise experience, my first was Alaska with NCL, great photo experience with NCL
Finding my pictures with Carnival was like going to the Flea market
I kept asking photo people where I could find my pictures and they told me to just look through all the pictures
I am sure Many pictures were left and thrown away by Carnival.
I bought Every picture Carnival took with me
I spent over $1000 on pictures
NCL was very organized with picture taking they all appeared on my room number. I also bought all pictures with them.
To make a bad situation worse I went to make my Christmas card and the zip drive that Carnival gave me is corrupt, the pictures do not show up or work
I spent over $1000 on pictures to celebrate my 60th birthday and now this.
This is the Last thing I expected from a cruise line that prides itself on being the most fun
This is Not fun
My phone number is [protected] and my e-mail is [protected]@att.net
Very disappointed Carnival customer
Enrique Cortez
Desired outcome: Total money back from pictures. usb that I paid for to be able to see and use my pictures for my Christmas card

Carnival Cruise Lines - Cruise booking BK#Z80FG1
Booked cruise May 2022/confirmation said Sailing time is 3:30pm - confirmed with a live person who didn't say we had to be there 1hr before sailing-Drove 7 hrs June 17th arrived at 3pm but Carnival did not let me on ship - they canceled my booking & will not give me anything but taxes/fees - I paid $378 more -I am dying of Cancer & need to re-book...I called Carnival with the ship still in front of me to tell them that I was not allowed to get on the ship and they told me to call back the next day because nothing can be done until the reach the first port of call ...I called the next day and was advised nothing could be done...they would not reschedule me or give me a voucher to use when I rebooked myself...they advised me to send an email asking for a voucher at reviews.com email address so I did that and received an email back saying they would consider... called back again a week or two later and was told no results... I have just gotten the run around...If you pay for a Cruise you should get a Cruise but unfortunately this Company decided to steal my money for no reason...I delayed my chemo to be strong enough to take the Cruise but they didn't even allow me to get on the ship...If they will steal from someone dying from Cancer they will do anything to anyone..
Desired outcome: A refund is all I am asking for at this point ...it's pretty clear that they are not going to book me on another cruise or provide a voucher to me so I could use it to rebook myself

Carnival Cruise Lines - Carnival canceled cruise in a 05/04/2020 email but charging a penalty
On 05/04/2020, I received an email stating carnival canceled my cruise on 07/11/2020 - 07/182020. They provided 2 options to select from so I selected option 2 for 100% refund. 05/05/2020, I called to find out the amount of the refund and the representative did not know what they were doing. The representatives are telling customers anything for their aht on a phone call. I spoke to jonathan and talked over me and ignoring my questions that happens when they do not know what to do. Before I could say anything else jonathan transferred me to the casino representative. I had to start all over again with this representative. The representatives do not wait for the customer to start telling them what they want instead they start processing items. Later I received an email on 05/05/2020 stating reservation was canceled and the cancellation occurred during penalty period and was charged $250.00 penalty. Carnival is a corrupt company and anyway for them to keep the customer's money they'll doing. They'll be hoping the customer isn't paying attention but I do. I want 100% refund immediately with any delay!
This issue hasn’t been resolved so I do not provided a resolved complaint. This is an ongoing issue.
Again Carnival is making up conversation and rules as they talk to customer. Carnival kept my onboard credit from the discounts given and could not provide a satisfactory reason. My purchased Carnival Cruise Cash in the amount $325.00 was requested 03/20/2020 which is before my cruise was cancelled...again Carnival did not refund it and giving me a run-around to frustrate me into giving up on the refund. This seems to be how they’ve been able to keep customers money.
I want my onboard credit to use and I want my Carnival Cruise Cash refund immediately

Carnival Cruise Lines - No refunds and no communication
I was booked on the Magic leaving on 3/14/20. Confirmation 9FNT97. The last communication I have received from Carnival was on 3/14/20 at 10:32 AM by a recorded message that the cruise was cancelled. I was called on Fri 3/13/20 at 6 PM wanting to know if I wanted to upgrade to a suite. I made sure that I asked several times is Carnival cruising out because all the other cruise lines have suspended their cruise. I was told that Carnival was cruising. So I upgrade. I was duped and fooled. Since Carnival management already made a decision to cancel all cruises on 3/11/20. I found this out from passenger that were on the Magic previous that the Capitan of Magic announced that they were the last passenger on Wed 3/11/20. Carnival did not notify me until 12:42 AM in the middle of the night with an e-mail that the cruise was cancelled.
I found out from my son who provided me a text message on 3/13/20 at 8 PM. I did call Carnival and was told Yes everything is cancelled if you want a cruise refund you will have to wait 90 days. I asked about what about the excursions and the money I put on my account I was told I need to get in contact with the fun shop, then was hung up on.
So I have about 5 grand tied up with Carnival and nobody has contacted me on how I might get this money back. Our friends that were going with (9RSF98) us already have there drink package return and excursions money returned. They get e-mails and message but as of today 3/19/20 I have not received a single communication, nothing!
My son has received 3 to 4 e-mails wanting to know if he would like to book a new cruise because they have special rates going right now.
Plus if you call in they don't have the option to be called back later OH they say you do by pressing one but that doesn't work so you are hold for hours.
HEY CARNIVAL some communication would be really nice! I have been with Carnival for 10 years but I will be looking at what other cruise lines are doing for their customers.
I know Carnival didn't start this but the communication is so bad.

Carnival Cruise Lines - Horrible cruise line
On September 12, 2009 my wife and I boarded the Carnival Destiny whose itinerary included Grand Cayman and Jamaica. Upon stepping into the ship’s lobby, I overheard a fellow guest complaining about the ship’s safety and engine not working properly. I immediately went to the information desk and waited for over 20 minutes in line to be told that the ship’...
