I went to the store yesterday and got honey nut cereal and toilet paper and some more things. When I opened the toilet paper up last night, a strong smell came from it, it smelled like tide detergent. So today I opened up the cereal, it has a strong smell of detergent too! It made me gag to my stomach. Why does my food and my toilet paper, smell like detergent, I can't eat my cereal. This has been the second time this has happened to me.

Maybe they are storing the cereal all together with the detergent. Can you have them to change that. I can't eat some of their food from this store.

This has been going on for a year. I went in to the store in march of 2018 and the manager asked me if I had been in the store yesterday and I told her no and she said she would look at the tapes and call the police. I asked her what was she accussing me of and she said nothing but she had the right to refuse service to anyone she wanted and asked me to leave. I asked her to review the tape and call the police because she had me mixed up with someone else. A security person then pulled a pistol on told me to leave. I asked the manager for her name and she refused. I then left the store. This woman was alowing a bunch of exconvicts to hang out in the store and I know this because I am a ex-convict and know these people from prison. They followed me out of the store and made several racial and threghting statements. I waited several weeks and went back to talk with the manager and told her that I apolgise for anything I might have done to offend her but I have never caused any problem at this store and I perfer to shop at Family dollar and did not have transpotation to go anywhere else. She then allowed me to shop. The next time I came in the store it was croweded and she made a big scene of throwing me out. I have been in this store many times when she is not there and am known to the other employees and have been told by them that they have no idea what the problem is and they will say I come to this store often and spend alot of money there and never cause a problem. I have been in contact with a law firm and next week I am going in to the store and record the manager and ask her why she will not allow me in. I really dont want to go through this but I refuse to be treated like this.
